Worst in air service iv ever had
On the flight I ordered a whisky and coke she forgot the coke so I had to ask again then she said she forgot to charge me for the coke so I then had to pay againThe cup I was given had a leak in it so my drink went all over my table and dropped into my shoes When I showed the stewardess she came back with some napkins and I had to ask her for another whisky She came back and tried to charge me for it to which I replied I m not paying She said she would go and speak to her supervisor and come back to me but never did As far as I know she is still asking her supervisor now She didn t come back to collect the soaked through napkins either so I had to press the call button The stewardess then walked straight passed me so I had to call out and say excuse me can you help me Worst service I have received on any flight I would not recommend using Vueling

Let s Craft Your Vueling Review
Dear Vueling I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent flight experience from Brussels to Barcelona on July 31 2024 departing at 14 50 While I have been a loyal Vueling customer for two years and have always enjoyed my flights my recent experience was unfortunately marred by the attitude of one of your air hostesses I believe her name was Regina a slim woman with short hair I was attempting to make a purchase when I politely asked for her attention Instead of assisting me in a professional manner she displayed a disrespectful attitude by waving her hand without acknowledging my request This behavior was quite surprising and disappointing as it contrasts sharply with the excellent service provided by your supervisor who welcomed everyone on board with a warm smile I would like to commend your supervisor for their professionalism and for taking the time to listen to my complaint Their actions are a testament to Vueling s commitment to customer satisfaction I hope that by bringing this matter to your attention Vueling will take steps to address the behavior of this particular air hostess and ensure that all passengers receive the high level of service that the airline is known for Thank you for your attention to this matter Sincerely Youssry Khalaf

I recently flew from Cagliari to Barcelona on August 21st and it was a very disappointing experience The flight was delayed by 30 minutes at takeoff which was just the beginning of the trouble Upon arrival in Barcelona we were informed of a technical issue forcing us to remain on the plane for an additional 25 minutes Overall the flight ended up being over an hour late Because of this delay I missed my train connection and had to take a taxi costing me 43 euros for 15 km To make matters worse the flight attendants were not friendly or helpful throughout the journey they didn t smile at all adding to the unpleasantness of the experience This is not the level of service I expected

Awfull airline cant speak to them on the phone and they dont read emails our flight was canceled with only a few hours notice then sent us to a hotel 10 miles away and told us we woukd have our meals etc covered only problem was they had never made a booking for us and only partly refunded us

Discriminatory and inhuman treatment The worst experience ever
The worst experience possible We flew with Vueling from London to Barcelona and this was a disaster We were denied boarding based on our passports nationality and flew 14 hours after the initial time We spent 17 hours in the airport in total If you want to be treated like a trash spoil your holiday and stress a lot please feel free to chose vueling Their cheap tickets are not worth it all It s better to fly with Ryanir or wizz air tbhApparently if you do not have eu or uk passport you cannot check in online and this airline always always oversell tickets Practically it means that we came to the registration desk and were told that there are no avalaible seats for us and 12 more people and we should wait in a live queue if someone does not show Of course we didn t get the seat Then all our group of 12 people were escorted back to uk border waited on the border waited on the customs baggage line and were put at the help desk Where someone was rebooking our flights without proposing us compensation food or any expenses and rebooking for the next available flight At some point they forgot about us waiting for them for two hours to do it We had zero communication or feedback from staff They literally haven t had a clue what to do Overall the treatment was inhuman and discriminatory if you have a different passport they treat you awful I would not recommend this airline to anyone ever

The worst customer service ever i paid
The worst customer service ever the first agent put the phone down on me and the second offered no solution i paid for our adult seats expecting our toddler to be seated next to us as promised on the website but at check in he was assigned a seat at the back of the airplane since when a 2 year old can fly on his own when contacted customer service they wanted us to sit separately when my husband flew specially to help me with the second baby avoid this airline if you wish for a smooth journey

Awful airline
Awful airline Made us pay 195 to carry on our luggage but forced us to check it anyways They proceeded to lose the luggage When we finally got it back 250 euros and items were stolen
