Excellent customer service

I ordered replacement handles for my bifold doors which arrived quickly Unfortunately when my carpenter came to fit them they did not fitI contacted customer service at Vufold and Cheryl was extremely helpful in ensuring I received a refund even though it was outside the usual time that returns and refunds are accepted

Fantastic internal bifold doors

I ordered two sets of 1500mms prefinished white glazed bifold doors in December and they arrived shortly after ordering They were installed by by our kitchen fitter who had no previous experience with this type of system and he was impressed by how easy they were to fit and the quality of the product as indeed I am They have made huge difference to our bungalow giving an open look and easy access to our lounge dining room kitchen and hall Customer service has been excellent throughout and I would recommend Vufold without reservation

Excellent service competitive price

We used VuFold for a set of 3300mm new bifold doors VuFold ended up being one of the cheaper - or more competitive - of the suppliers we used for our extension but also happily one of the best I have been so impressed The team noticed a fault with a glass pane before it was even delivered The ease with which they put this issue right was impressive We would recommend them to anyone

The quality of these windows is exceptional the team are very knowledgeable and helpful replying quickly to any questions They were also very helpful when I needed to put a dog flap into one of the doors by assisting with detailed specifications that I could give to the glazier

Excellent service and support

Had some problems with the locking mechanism of a 9 year old Elite bifold door I contacted Vufold via the chat function and was referred to the customer service team Their response was quick knowledgeable and helpful They supplied a replacement gear mechanism and a link to an instruction video When I reported a further problem of my own making they were helpful and patient with me as they helped me resolve the problem Great service great support

Helpful and reasonable customer services and after care Ordered in Feb just having fitted now delay with builder due to COVID illness Will update when bidfolds in place but so far so good - can t fault product or customer services Would recommend Doors are now in - they look great and work well The locking system is very good - door fitter says it is an old fashioned system that can t be snapped to gain entry Very happy with products and very happy with service Thank you Vufold
