Non U S buyers beware of the return policy
Buyer beware if you live outside the U S Despite their well-publicised free return policy this is very difficult to arrange if you don t live in the U S In Australia you can deliver the item to a location in Melbourne or Sydney and that s it For me that would involve a 160km round trip Clearly not feasible so on the advice of Vuori my only option was to pay 27AUD to post it back Nowhere was this policy publicised NOT HAPPY

Would give no stars if possible Over 2 weeks of chasing their non existent customer support department and still none the wiser Meanwhile I m out of pocket by 195 Do not order if you live in the UK They don t care about you

Their time is more important than yours
They are busy reinventing the customer experience and can t be bothered to pick up the phone or text back immediately when it s a good time for their customers Instead they want to force you to get in a queue and they ll call back or text back when it s convenient for them This is backwards to how customer support works I have time now but it s limited If you call me later I ll very likely be unable to pick up Unacceptable at this price point

Vuori doesn t have any customer support That s what they said At this moment we are also not able to process any refunds for this particular order I would suggest contacting your bank or PayPal to seek further assistance

HORRIBLE customer service
HORRIBLE customer service After only a month of wearing a pair of 130 pants - the seam on the zipper began to fall a part but Vuori will not take ownership of this and send us a replacement pair They are making me the customer spend my time and effort to ship them back AND pay for the shipping - for a defective pair or pants that they created So just know - if your Vuori clothes start to fall apart - Vuori will not be helpful For the price we pay - it is horrible customer service

Order Processing for 20 Days No Cust Support
This clothing company has the worst customer service imaginable I placed an order for two pairs of pants 20 days ago I receive one pair and the other has been processing for 20 days Customer service doesn t pick up and they don t reply to emails I sent two If you want to actually RECEIVE your clothes don t order from Vuori

Payment nightmare
I had an awful experience with Vuori where payment failed with several different debit and credit cards via all their different payment methods They clearly have payment processing issues with the UK Customer service was rubbish They initially apologized then said that they had escalated it to their leadership team before I finally got an email from them saying that they could not serve me at this time without any further information or explanation They ve successfully turned off an enthusiastic customer If you are in the UK avoid

Vuori advertises customer support but in reality
Vuori advertises customer service hours for phone support HOWEVER when you call they basically say they don t have phone support - leave a message - and there is no commitment as to when they will reply if ever Same for email support They advertise Chat support but there is no Chat link url to be found
