Vurado is a company that buys clothes from China and sells them at a HIGH price The materials are CHEAP And mind you to return your order it will be 30 shipping I bought a dress for 35 and to return it i have to pay 30 So i get a refund of 5 for clothes that does not fit I do not recommend buying here do to the costumer service and return policy

Poor quality items

I order with this company a dress a few weeks before Christmas It took more than a month before my dress arrived When it arrived the quality was really awful and the size didn t fit me I asked to return it first they were not willing to give me return label Apparently the dress had to be returned to China So i was told to post the dress back to China and i had to pay 21 for returning this dress Upto now it has been over a month since i returned the dress i am still waiting for my refund I wouldn t recommend purchasing any with this company The quality is poor you have to pay for shipping costa by yourself and it takes a longer period before you get refunded Vurado5222 I would be curious if you are willing to refund my order and also refund my shipment costs since this whole process has taken several months Still waiting for my refund A year later I hope you can improve the services and inform your clients appropriately

I m very disappointed I ordered a dress in the picture was nice but in reality was horrible I want to mention that I ordered because I thought it comes form inside of country Holland but after payment i got a mail and i had seen will come from China when I contacted the webshop to say I want to return the dress and get my money back they had a kind of offer for me but I said I refuse I only need my my money back they asked me for a proof I bought my self the dress and picture with the tickets on the dress what is not on it so I end up with the idea I will don t get my money back and this shop is a scam what deserves to be reported to the police department for scamm because we are some more people with the same problem
