I had an issue with one of the products

I had an issue with one of the products that malfunctioned and after a few triage questions the Vuse rep kindly offered to get the product collected for further investigation I was very happy with the interaction and I liked the fact that they took time to understand the situation and provided a favourable resolution Thank you everyone

Excellent Customer Service from a lovely lady who talked me through everything I needed to do as a first time customer Very helpful polite and extremely patient All round excellent customer service

Missing order

My vuse order didn t arrive even though royal mail said it had been delivered I contacted vuse and their customer care was very helpful Filled a simple form in and a replacement order with 2 extra items was delivered the very next day by Evri Excellent communication by email

I have been using Vuse for a few years now and have two monthly subscriptions set up I have had alot of problems with the website i e when I want to change any flavours or date of subscriptions when this first happened I had an email from Nora and she sorted it out for me and said any future problems to email her The website is really bad and keeps crashing and I have had to contact Nora on numerous occasions she is amazing nothing is too much trouble and if I didnt have her help I would of gone elsewhere by now but she has never let me down and hopefully Vuse appreciate how good she is

Excellent customer service I called as I bought a vape from a supermarket I bought a vape and on getting it home it didn t work long story short I called vuse and explained that the vape didn t work they was brilliant at replacing the product and also gave a little extra as a sorry They was fast at replying to emails If I had problems again I would not hesitate at getting intouch with them Very helpful and polite
