Hopeless
They are so big they just don t care It s impossible as a Finance Broker to obtain payout letters or acitivity statements in a timely fashion And yes its 2023 not 1993 so that means within a day like most other lenders including the large banks seem to be able to do Rude account managers with just no care factor Clearly a cultural issue inside that work place Do not recommend as a broker or as a client

Absolutely the worst service
Absolutely the worst service and do not seem to care at all Even when investigated by FOS fined and told to put things right 18 months later turns out VWFS haven t done so and FOS have had to contact them again Also when told by FOS to provide information to customer they ignore and don t take any notice

If I could give a 0 I would They messed up my previous agreement when my car was written off Returned settlement to my insurer in error and said they didn t know who LV insurance are They then appointed solicitors and sent correspondence to an old address and got a default judgement against me I involved the FOS who told them to correct this massive error and then some sixteen months later when I have an Audi paying 600 a month they refuse me further finance and they have not deleted the judgement As others have said do they employ just children straight out of school with no training They don t seem to know who the FOS is Stay away Do not buy Audi Skoda VW or Porsche There all VWFS Cole Brothers

Shocking
Shocking No customer feedback facility and having sent me four identical letters telling me when they would collect the final payment they didn t and then sent me a letter telling me to get in touch and my credit score may be affected As a side note the funds were in the account ready for collection

warranty is useless had 2 experiences of car breakdown both times have to wait for a couple of weeks to be looked at this time the power lead has stopped working i tested using independent car charging leads which work fine and my lead doesn t work on a colleagues car do we know it s the lead i m told i need to book it into be checked earliest is 21st jan 24

Having raised a complaint with this outfit which quite simply are not fit for purpose on this site it prompted a response Since then nothing has changed they put a reply in to say it has been rectified I am hoping someone senior from Volkswagen will read this with some concern We have a mis delivered brand new Seat Atica on our drive that has been waiting to be collected Between your customer service and collection agents they are unable to communicate That is why we have made contact with our solicitor to take legal action if nothing is done by Friday It is not insured we have now gone BMW Once again another complaint has been logged FLE 389189 we are constantly being mislead and lied to Taking days off work for supposed collections We have had enough You overseas call centres just make the issue worse It is truly shocking Your 1 star ratings shows there is clearly something wrong ITS BROKEN This vehicle has been here since 20TH NOVEMBER 2023

Will milk you for every penny
AVOID this company at all costs for car leasing Not only will they charge you a monthly lease on an extension at the same price as a new car for one you ve had three years delay your new vehicle by 6 months so you have no choice but to extend the lease but THEN will also charge you an extortionate amount for the vehicle when you return it as if they expect you to not have driven it the last three years The cost for tyre replacement is built into the monthly payment but they WILL charge you for replacement tyres at the end of the lease so what are you paying for each month exactly The privilege of having tyres in the first place Their charge for extra mileage which is unavoidable as they don t allow enough mileage a year to cover what any normal person would drive is extortionate as well Overcharged and not worth the hassle at the end of the lease period I cannot stress this enough AVOID this company like the damn plague

VW finchley left my car in the road and someone has crashed into it but the only thing that matters is I pay for the break pads
Not surprised they have nothing but 1star ratings red flags for anyone they are disgusting they crashed my car when it was in for the MOT and have advised I need to pay for the break pads and I can have my crashed car back and Rebecca Surtees told me oh it s only cosmetic damage until I pay for the break pads I can t have my crashed car back it s been a month now can you imagine I have to wait until the insurance pay out for the repairs oh also I can t speak to the CEO because she blocks him from getting e mails and takes over then tells me my case is closed when you have my car I m taking legal action of course but in the mean time I m left with no car thanks VW Finchley and the rude manipulative so called manager Jason Browne who offered me 10 off my next visit as compensation

Continued threats of debt collection and further action
The service provided by this company has been exceedingly unsatisfactory I have availed their services on two occasions within the past three years Firstly I was subjected to persistent harassment regarding the settlement amount for my Audi finance I had duly made the payment on time and subsequently after the first demand letter substantiated it with evidence from my bank account However they persisted in sending me letters threatening legal action and warning of potential adverse effects on my credit rating More recently I was offered finance once again for my latest purchase Considering the previous issues encountered I decided to cancel within the cooling off period I settled the outstanding amount in full However to my dismay they have again not communicated this between their departments and resumed contacting me over a month later issuing threats to demand the final payment Failure to comply they assert will have detrimental consequences on my credit rating After sending an email to customer services explaining the repeated situation they have had the audacity to tell me they will investigate but I should continue to pay the monthly payment as it will affect my credit score On both occasions it appears they have misplaced the funds due to their inadequate systems The team does not communicate effectively with one another I had been assured on nine separate occasions that the funds had been located and I would not be bothered with any further requests However over the course of 18 months I received numerous letters escalating to the involvement of debt collection agencies I anticipate another 18 months of enduring this ordeal as it seems to be following the same pattern I experienced a great deal of stress and concern regarding the potential impact on my credit score and the repeated phone calls were extremely time-consuming It was a source of immense frustration I would certainly not recommend this company and it has deterred me from ever considering financing a car from Audi or any other entity that utilizes the VAG group
