The Waggel team has been so supportive and efficient in dealing with our claim Our cat sadly had to be put to sleep as his injuries were too serious to let him have a comfortable and good life despite potential surgeries being an option and we received close to full repayment of our 2 500 claim But for us the kindest thing they did was sending us a sorry for your loss card handwritten and personalised for Onyx the card is made of wildflowers eeds which you can plant in memory of your passed pet This was so unexpected and thoughtful you wouldn t get that with many insurance companies We are in the process of adopting another cat and will definitely sign up with them again Thank you Waggel from the bottom of our healing hearts

I ve just joined Waggel pet insurance as my present policy with another company had increased their fees by 50 Waggel has the cover I require for our 3yr old cat It was easy to sign up online As I ve just joined I cannot comment further but I hope Waggel will be a company that fulfills its customer promises

In all my years of pet ownership and insurance claims I have never had a claim paid so quickly and efficiently I was kept informed how my claim was progressing by a friendly claims assistant even asking how my dog was doing and wishing him a speedy recovery The online claim form was quick and easy to fill out

Waggel are the best insurance company I ve came across I hope they continue to be this way the bigger and more popular they get They are so easy to contact online no waiting in call queues The staff are so thoughtful kind and caring I have never been refused a claim yet either They are so prompt with their replies and claims I genuinely feel like they care about us and the pets and are not just interested in trying to refuse claims like most insurance companies They also covered my pets euthanasia which I didn t think they would and they sent their condolences Thanks for everything Waggel I will continue to insure my other pet with you
