Poor customer service changing delivery date without informing customer
Extremely poor customer service Expected delivery today Booked in last month Didn t bother delivering on date changed the date without informing myself late on the afternoon Why was I not informed that you would not be delivering it First time I ve had to use this company and they are abysmal I finally received my order i wasn t informed that they would miss the delivery window 11 45-13 45 on Monday which was changed without letting me know no email text message They never even apologised for missing the booked delivery date or gave an explanation why Really poor customer service and rude if the weather delayed it- a simple text on Friday morning stating this and it will be delivered on day and time wouldn t have gone a miss The driver was brilliant with the delivery

Extremely rude and unprofessional
Extremely rude and unprofessional service The delivery driver called me and said he would arrive in five minutes and asked me to meet him It was a heavy delivery I tried calling the person who was on-site to meet the delivery but couldn t reach them so I called the driver back and asked him to dial the flat number on the intercom explaining that there were people inside who could receive the delivery He started shouting at me that he doesn t have time for it was extremely rude and then hung up on me I tried calling him back but he did not pick up When the person on-site met him the driver also shouted at them dumped two pallets over a ton of goods on a parking space where it was not permitted and drove off Incredibly rude and unprofessional I do not recommend this service at all

Logistical Nightmare
Ordered a bulk delivery from an aggregates company who use this group for deliveries So good they forgot to load the delivery and then couldnt be bothered to ensure the delivery the next day I would look elsewhere

5 stars for the courier driver who was
The delivery was for a large 1000kg pallet of slate and was the third similar delivery I have had from stone warehouse by Walkers The delivery notice is always timely and each subsequent message more detailed and accurate They deliver exactly when they say the drivers phoned to double check details and are very helpful and friendly Our driver on today s delivery to my 87 year old mum phoned me to check the drop location He was fantastic and a credit to the company although all of their drivers have been similarly great

Absolutely would recommend
Just had a delivery from Walkers Transport Ltd Leeds depot to near Chester Had the best driver he went above and beyond to get us our delivery today he was so helpful and kind helping with the pallet The staff at the depot were extremely helpful and efficient I can absolutely recommend this company and would happily use their services again 5 BIG T Hilton

Amazing company and service
Rich Midlands depot the driver was very helpful and managed to drop off my bulk bag of slate behind the gates I really appreciated this as it wasn t as straight forward as I thought it would be due to having to carefully manouvre over an aco-drain Thank you very much
