I ve had my X21 walking pad for about a year I emailed customer support about a problem I was having unfolding my walking pad I was promptly sent instructions to fix my problem Customer support was great

Good support

I really enjoyed my walking pad but after a year i had some problems with noise coming from the device I contacted the support team and they were very helpful and quick so that i was able to repair the walking pad Now i can use it again and i m very pleased about my experience with this company

Five Star Customer Service

Five Star Customer Service When I received the Walking Pad it was stuck in Safe Mode I emailed customer service and Anni helped me troubleshoot it I was super impressed to have someone who actually looked into the problem and interacted with me in an attempt to solve it rather than the all-too-common customer service experience of them sending a canned response that does no good Following Anni s instructions I got out my tools broke into the machine and discovered a connector had dislodged itself from the circuit board After I sent Anni a picture I was given the option of having her send me a new circuit board with video directions on how to replace it or just giving up and getting a replacement walking pad The circuit board replacement looked to be a bit out of my comfort zone so I went with Plan B Sent back the walking pad and she had a new one on the way as soon as the old one was heading back I ve honestly never had a customer service experience this good and now I m using a perfectly good walking pad There are a lot of walking pad companies out there and it is hard to know which one to trust I was really happy to have chosen one that was this responsive

I had an amazing experience with WalkingPad s customer service I spent a couple weeks carefully researching compact treadmills and chose the WalkingPad Just hours after purchasing online a new WalkingPad with features that better suited my needs was launched I reached out and requested a cancellation of my original order without high expectations and was so pleased that Anni the representative I got gave me a full refund immediately So excited for the other one to get to me Thank you so much for working with me

Excellent customer service

Initially I had a concern regarding my delivery Fortunately customer service Anni was able to resolve the problem The Walking Pad was easy to set up and works perfectly Great investment for me as I have been walking a minimum of 2-3 miles per day

Z1 is a great product Compact convenient easy to use good value It s more heavy than expected but I m still satisfied with the purchase Would recommend Walking Pad to others

The best treadmill to use at home

I bought the treadmill to stay active in my day to day it has been my best decision It is easy to use very comfortable to store it allows you to use different speeds and also the App allows you to monitor the daily and weekly progress I am very happy with the purchase and I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends

Great Customer Service

Great Customer ServiceI ordered a walking pad in March Within a couple of weeks of my purchase the belt started making some really strange noises I contacted customer service and started conversations with Anni I always had a response by the next day and was able to return the treadmill without issue I ve ordered a replacement and received it I ve been having some issues with the remote with the new treadmill which I m not super happy about so I ll be reaching out to Anni again for a solution I ll be honest and say that there are days I wonder if I went with the right company for a product I use daily when I ve had issues with two different machines nearly right out of the gate but I like knowing this company is helpful when there is a problem versus hearing nothing at all which is always frustrating
