I absolutely love this product

I absolutely love this product I purchased a cart for my goat that had a spinal cord injury and she adapted to it very well I am pleased say that she only had to use her cart for a few months and because of it she healed and is now walking on her own Thank you for such a great product and the customer service was phenomenal Thank you again

Thankful to God for such amazing company Walkinpets even during the transition to their new warehouse they were friendly at answering questions and prompt at delivering the much needed wheelchair for my furry nephew The wheelchair works amazing and our hearts are full of joy seeing our furry family member being able to be up and about again

We never got to use the wheelchair We ordered it then out girl took a turn for the worse I called to cancel and they made the process easy and no additional stress from what we were already feeling The representative also offered sincere condolences which in these times is so appreciated

They go the extra mile

I had been having an issue with adjusting the rear wheelchair which involved several emails back and forth I asked for a Zoom call to be set up and they were very accommodating I showed what problems I was having and several solutions were conveyed The end result was a new harness to replace the old one which took care of my issue

Customer Service is excellent They will return unused items after cleaning and try their best to size the item properly Always a good experience with them My best furry friend is totally disabled in his rear and has many disability aids from walkin pets
