I buy a lot of things online and have never experienced anything like this I normally research places I have not dealt with before but as this was a seemingly Australian website I trusted that it would be okay It is nothing but a scam After nearly 4 weeks I had not received my items When I requested an order cancellation within in hours it had magically supposedly been shipped and a tracking number was given Clicking on the link surprise surprise the tracking number could not be found Definitely do not trust this place

Normally I do more research before buying and will never skip that step again I ordered a swimsuit for my 12 year old and the bottoms were see through Despite me sending in the several pictures they requested to prove it was see through they kept telling me it wasn t and that my only option was to ship it back at my own expense What an annoying time consuming scam Stay away

Not worth a signal star

Even a signal star is not worth for these scammers They are unpredictable unprofessional I have still awaiting refund from my purchase on 9th Feb They not responding to emails DO NOT USE THEM

Scam company I ordered a XL and I doubt it would fit someone that is XS Took forever ti get here and one of the suits I ordered and paid for didn t even come in even though it was on my email that it shipped Now trying to return Wish I had read these reviews first

This retailer is a scam I ordered 2 items 1 item arrived after 3 weeks It looked nothing like the image it s huge and just looks like a rag I am still waiting for second item It s been a month now On top of that I have to pay to return the rubbish to them won t entertain a refund Seriously should have just taken my money and thrown it in the bin because that s where this rag belongs DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

OMG I wish I have found these reviews I ordered swimwears with them and they advised that shipping will be around 12-18 business days So on the 15th business days I contacted them to ask the progress of my order and they told me that some of my order is out of stock and gave me an option to cancel those or choose a different ones and they gave an option that s out of my style they could have given me more options And they are not sure when those items I ordered will be available So I have to ask for full refund and to just cancel my order because I need it for my holiday like ASAP then I receive an email saying that I have to wait for 3-15 days to maybe a month for a refund What a joke Please avoid this shop if you don t want to experience this

I wanted to buy 3 beach coverups for my relatives I actually went to 7 sites online where cute merchandise was displayed and the reviews on Trustpilot showed total dislike for all 7 Chinese companies Poor merchandise poor sizing Terrible shipping Horrible returns As Trustpilot can t you notify SOME entity and have these scams sites removed Your company has the proof People are losing thousands Very sad

Items arrived yesterday They are all awful The clothes look nothing like the pictures on the website A yellow sundress I bought just looks like a giant yellow bin bag cheap horrible material Not sure reading these reviews whether I ll even attempt to return them

Rubbish returns policy

After a long wait I relieved my items and decided to do a partial return Firstly for returning items you have to email customer support there is no return online on their website Customer support replied after 4 days and they have didn t still provide me with the returns label They wrote a long asking me to provide them with the photos of the items to be returned THEY DO NOT TRUST THEIR CUSTOMERS And even more they said customer has to ship to USA mind you this information of it being returned to US is no where mentioned on their website The only thing mentioned is their returns will be arranged by customers own expense And another option they offer is to keep the UNWANTED items and they will refund me ONLY 30 of the cost I ve never heard of any company being like this ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH
