I bought a big image to hang on my wall in the photos on their website it has a black frame around it meaning it will be delivered with the frame Surprisingly it got delivered without the frame I can t just believe I paid 35 euros for just a printed poster Response to Wall-art answer When you post pictures with frame and you sell the product without frame this is considered as an important information for the buyer to know and should be stated on the order page not down the page somewhere hidden in another section I have a suggestion I think it would be better if you change the misleading photos of the product on the website

Still waiting for my canvas ordered on 17 November The parcel is stuck with an intermediate delivery company who does not answer calls and does not reply emails to non registered clients Despite several complaints nobody is helping me at all they just repeat that it takes longer because of Covid but I cannot trace my parcel whatsoever and they don t bother finding an update for me The worst service ever will never order again I wonder what the canvas will look like if I ll ever receive it

I shipped back a return item by using the shipping label provided by them and it has not been delivered DHL requests the party providing the shipping label to contact them to sort this out but despite my all attempts my emails are not responded and they do not cooperate What a terrible service Never again

This company should be banned
I wish I had read the online reviews before ordering I ordered wallpapers for the baby room on 11th January It s been 11 days since and sent two emails There was no communication at all No idea if the money is lost or product is on it s way I have no clue ho such e commerce companies are operating in Netherlands
