The advertising was very misleading This speaker has Zero bass no matter what music I played All reviews and hype about this speaker are false Double down and buy quality unit for more money When I told their customer service this was a piece of trash they suggested gifting it to someone and buy our earbuds instead they have best quality Hello Don t don t don t believe the hype JUNK

Wired work 100 better than these Don t buy

Bought 2 pair One for the hubalubadubdub one for me On mine the Left earbud stopped charging Also they hurt my ear can t have the right one the only one that works in too long Hubs is having same issues Don t bother with getting a refund they ll just talk you into another pair partial refund Honestly my wired skullcandy have lasted years paid 8 bucks for them Don t waste your time money

Unbelievably terrible speaker

Unbelievably terrible speaker This is the first negative review Ive ever written which should scream volumes Not even 1 of the 3 speakers works for more than 15 minutes On only one occasion have I been able to get 2 speakers to create stereo sound rarely can get even one to pair with blue tooth The sound quality is tinny with almost no bass Do Not Buy

Horrible speaker horrible service I bought two and immediately found them lacking in bass and having a tinny sound I contacted them to arrange a return and after following their convoluted instructions including providing them with a tracking number they received the return package It s been two weeks and my support ticket now shows being solved but no refund This company is a scam Update After a month I did finally get a refund

Wow did I waste my money

Wow did I waste my money I m glad I didn t take advantage of their offer of buying two The sound is terrible I would compare it to the sound you get from a blown out speaker The flap that is supposed to protect the jacks in the back does not stay down which pretty much voids their claim on waterproof I tried calling the customer service number but after 72hrs of ringing I hung up I would strongly suggest to spend the money on a better quality speaker and to stay away from this one Word to the wise do not look at reviews that say sponsored they are bias

After return i was ghosted

After ordering and realizing i fell for a scam I got in touch via email and followed instructions for returning junk product they recieved tracking number and confirmed my return shipment they then completeghosted me on all follow up mails and i have not been refunded if i could give negative star review I definately would

Poor Quality and poor customer service

I bought these ear buds in Sept 2024It s now the end of Oct 2024 - the charger cord is falling apart I contacted the company with supporting photos The response I got was Thanks for contacting Walla Sound Customer Support and I m sorry to hear that your charger cord has begun to unravel I understand how disappointing that can be After looking into your order I see it was placed on September 5 Unfortunately we re only able to process returns and exchanges within 30 days from the order date so we wouldn t be able to offer a replacement at this time If the cord is no longer functioning I recommend looking for a similar replacement to ensure your device stays charged and working properly If you need anything I am just an email away Best Regards Manuel

Ear Bud Pro not connecting to Bluetooth

Ordered ear buds after reading only reviews on their own site - big mistake Read Trustpilot few days later and tried to stop order No response from Customer Service to several communications Ear Buds arrived and looked OK Nicely boxed but the Manual and Instruction leaflets were as useful as a chocolate tea pot The ear buds refuse to connect to any appliance via Bluetooth Then tried email phone and WhatsApp to report problem to Wallasound No response T Cs state returns at customers expense - a joke as item is faulty Have researched Internet but no UK contact detail This company just takes your money and blanks any questions Am now going to try and see if Visa will refund my money DO NOT CONSIDER PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Order these weeks ago bought 4 for the deal We have not seen them and the tracking number does not work I have sent many emails asking where the product is and to get a better tracking number but all I keep receiving is their Auto email advising they will get back to us but to date crickets RUN do not buy these going to deal with paypal on refund and buy a reputable set for the family
