The package was delivered in rough
The package was delivered in rough condition The actual print is borderline damaged I spend 124 on this and it wasn t even sent in a poster print tube Poor prep and poorExperience I was excited about this print too

Bad packaging but great customer service
I received the print in beaten packaging and question why my print was shipped in such a large box and rolled in tissue paper so tightly The print inevitably arrived bent and torn However the team at Wallbaby were very responsive to my email voicing concern They offered to send a new print or issue a refund While I disagree with their approach to packaging prints the customer service is assuring

Beautiful posters but slightly roughed up
Beautiful posters Super quick delivery Unfortunately the posters came slightly damaged roughed up on the sides Nothing too bad it will be covered by the frame But still a bit of a shame for the price I paid

minor improvements needed with packaging
Amazing costumer service some hiccups with shippingCompany is legit and you will get your authentic products but i got two posters sent seperatly that both came bent and creasedhowever costumer support was very considerate and sent a third package in an improved packagingcostumer support is a 5 5 but the shipping is a 2 5 5

I Love this company Great values great quality great customer service I was looking to find more sustainably printed posters without compromising on quality and Wallbaby did NOT disappoint I got the Is There Life on Mars poster it arrived super quickly and the quality of the paper and print is really damn solid The fact that it s printed with less harmful ink and on demand makes my sustainability-obsessed heart so happy
