Uphold is terrible
My account has been under review for 3 months They have around 7 000 of my xrp coins that are paid for Sent them a message to let me transfer to another wallet and they wouldn t let me They have my 7 000 coins and now closed my account I m filing a complaint with they SEC in the morning and also filing a police report and then to anyone else I can seen the reports to What a joke Ticket 1519337

Just bad
Uphold is terrible they block your account and refer you to a link of why accounts get blocked but you honestly dont know why they blocked this is completely unprofessional they accuse you of something you did or did not know what you did it is unprofessional as they treat their customers differently and give reasons why they blocked their account to some and not others like in germany a restrictions apparenly changed for one person but with me i literally have no idea what i did wrong Uphold iS BAD DO NOT CONSIDER THEM

Just bad my account has been blocked for no reason nobody told me why exactly my account was blocked I went for customer support and they just keep saying the same thing we can t longer offer you an account but why they never say the reason My request was 1589536

I really don t love not even like this app need massive fixing and improving
Iv had my account restricted for several weeks now They gave me no reason why I sent about 20 emails and went on live chat I got no response from either I went on trust pilot left a bad reveiw and they got back to me straight away I sent them all the information they requested I then got an email to say I m good to go Logged into me account still blocked again sent them emails which surprise surprise still ignoring What does one have to go to get them to respond thru are just not doing there job Worst wallet ever but I give time a 5 for ignoring their customers will have to find a more reliable walker as they obviously don t value their customers

I really don t love not even like this app In order to improve the app you should be able to send and receive cryptos both in and out of the uphold wallet Otherwise I will delete my account And you stole my bat token Since I cannot send my digital assets outside of my uphold wallet into another crypto wallet
