This company is an absolute joke

This company is an absolute joke I would recommend anyone thinking of purchasing anything from here to strongly reconsider I ordered from their website on the 26th Oct with the promise of receiving my delivery within 5-7 working days My order was not even processed until 6 days later and I have been emailing them constantly They didn t provide me with a tracking number for my shipment and when I emailed them they casually said I would receive my goods soon gave me a tracking number - 6 days after me placing my initial order I said this was not good enough and they didn t reply In fact I have emailed them a further 9 times as I decided I no longer want to wait for the goods and wanted a refund and I have been ignored for 20 days I still have not received my order they are not responding to my emails either I honestly believe this is the worst customer service I have received ever and I urge anyone thinking of purchasing anything from walletaces to try a competitor because you will most likely experience the same poor level of service I have Absolutely shocking they are not acknowledging my request for a refund so I have had to cancel the transaction with my bank in the end
