Today 4 11 22 morning before 10am I went to warehouse stationary Ti Rakau Dr to print on personalized mug I am so disappointed about the lady who spoke to me She said you need to do it alone But I am not a computer person and I didn t know how to operate I tried several ways but no body came to help me and I came home without doing my job This very unpleasant situation for customers

WareHouse Stationary Paraparaumu NZWent to print off some documents 10mins later realised they did not return my USB stick They couldn t find it even though I printed documents 10mins ago Counter staff called the girl who served me and she couldn t remember I suspect she just threw it into the trash and couldn t be bothered with it The shop was not busy and I dont believe she could not remember what she did with it The USB stick is not expensive and easily replacable but it should be returned I found that staff to be uninterested and stroppy One girl Joyce I ve dealt with on previous occasions I ve found to be particularly bad and quite honestly she needs to find another job

Ugliest photo ever

Ugliest most disgusting passport photo i have ever had taken They don t even show you the photo or ask if you re happy with it While it was accepted by the passport office I now have a passport that gets rejected at egates and when used as ID because apparently the photo looks nothing like me Considering how expensive the passport was I can t afford to have it redone but it s basically unusable because the photo is so bad If you get a photo taken here I recommend you demand to see it and make them retake it until you are happy with it I wish I had I m so upset and disappointed with this terrible photo and service

Don t bother going to the Timaru

Don t bother going to the Timaru stationary warehouse to get anything for your business They don t have anything anymore after asking staff why they said it is head office decision not to sell these products anymore There Stafford street shop was great everything you needed was there not anymore

Lower hutt warehouse stationery has terrible customer service Not helpful Not a full shop lots of staff doing their own thing and not attending to customers first Stood waiting while four staff were behind counter probably waiting for which one of them will serve me Waited for a printer they said would come in within a week after two weeks went to the next local whs Petone and they had 20 of them Incompetent staff probably didnt even order any in and could have looked up if there were any in a nearby store

Absolutely the worst customer service Biz rewards is a joke can t log in and on the odd occasion it let s you the next page blocks you Emails are not responded to and 3 phone calls have been disconnected without being called back even though they said they would Awful programme with terrible customer care No point in signing up whatsoever

Terrible customer service from the manager at Warehouse stationary St Lukes Told me I would get a 20 discount for printing and laminating for a sports charity notice board Then on the day I was ready to print said no discount as I didn t need enough pages printed and laminated Really rude and said I could go elsewhere

The kiosk system is a joke

The kiosk system is a joke You can t print a certain size picture even if you re willing to trim it yourself I uploaded the exact size images I need printed and they came out oversized The kiosk wouldn t tell me how big an individual picture was so I had to just hope it came out correct How hard would it be to add some customisation to the kiosk a simple 7 5cm x 5cm There are apps on the internet that are free that can size things accurately from pixels Yet they cannot make a system where you can customise your photos A joke won t be going back
