It is more of a lead selling company that is not really helpful neither for the warehouses neither for the e-commerce businesses Why You will understand if you read the process below of how it works 1 The website advertises that will help you find reliable warehousing and fulfillment vendors for free and that you will get 5 quotes from 5 such services that are a good fit for your needs 2 You fill a short inquiry on their website WarehousingAndFulfillment com where only the email at first is mandatory 3 Then CEO emails you asking for more information 1-person business - Company name- Contact person- Phone number- What is your product and website - How much warehouse space do you require - Where would you like the Fulfillment companies providing price quotes to be located - Do you have any other requirements 4 After you provide detailed information this website just forwards the detailed information you have provided without any filtering whatsoever sending literally your entire conversation to 5 vendors I know this because I received replies from vendors that included my entire conversation with the CEO of WarehousingAndFulfillment comThose vendors are picked without much vetting my impression based on replies probably taking into consideration only your preference of the warehouse location 5 You get another final email informing you that your information was sent to 5 vendors with the following note IMPORTANT We kindly ask that you at least respond to vendors You don t have to select one of these vendors but responding to them allows us to continue to offer a FREE service to prospects like you This means that the website gets paid by the vendors only if you reply to vendors this is what makes you a lead 6 You receive email from vendors Can be all 5 can be 2 can be none Some may give you a quote some may ask you for additional information some may want schedule a call with you before giving you a quote 7 So overall the results I got from this matchmaking were just disappointing I found better services just by googling Obviously WarehousingAndFulfillment com will pick and offer you vendors that pay them for leads like you rather than offering you the best solution for your needs That is why it is a FREE service for you My strong impression is that all those badges testimonials and reviews on their website are just props Fakes Anyway in your search of warehousing and fulfillment services my advice is to run away from vendors that ask you a lot of information want you to Book a demo Schedule a call Ask a quote that depend on many factors Usually these vendors have inconsistent pricing and inconsistent performance They create all these hoops to give you the impression that you need them more than they need you and give you the privilege to pay a premium for that You should get an idea of pricing right from a vendor s website

Great Asset to My Fulfillment Company
I own and operate a fulfillment company operating out of CT I have owned the company since 2006 but was an employee starting in 1994 I take serious pride in the growth we have had over the years and warehousingandfulfillment com has been a great partner in helping that growth along I have obtained and have kept many clients from their lead service Most of which we ecommerce based both selling thru their own site and Amazon The people looking for a fulfillment partner are receptive and ready to communicate The communication for the lead specifies if a potential client prefers just email or not along with lots of other helpful details to know if this could be a good fit I do find a quick phone conversation makes a world of difference with most potential customers some just want email only which is fine too They supply the lead and its up to us to go get the work Win win for both I would say I have found Will and warehousingandfulfillment to be helpful and responsive and a great asset for my company I am very happy with their service and that s why I have been doing so since 2013
