Lack of any Wagyu flavour in the burgers
I bought what was labelled Wagyu Burgers from Waitrose I was very disappointed that when cooked I did not taste anything resembling Wagyu flavour in fact there was really no difference in flavour to normal beef

Our first order was great we got a nice
Our first order was great we got a nice whole brisket as expected but our second order was not upto standard and little to no support offered a part refund only of the price difference in size of 15 which we never got Ordered a whole brisket for Christmas 90 came under sized and the butchering was a mess Deep slashes large section missing very thin in some areas and thick in others making it hard to cook evenly also it was the best part of the brisket missing We are big into cooking so are super disappointed and won t use or recommend them again

Ordered 2 Brisket as they was advertised ideal for bbq what I received was fine meat with flaps of meat which I wouldn t even call brisket so contacted there customer service which doesn t seem to exist as still have not had no reply

I bought 3kg sirloin joint third of the joint was fat so 1kg to the bin customer service think its ok and that will not effect the taste warrendale web do not accept bad reviews only good ones thats how we roll

I Absolutely wouldn t buy anything from
I Absolutely wouldn t buy anything from Warrendale Wagyu I had my package stolen from my Doorstep and I called them up and they couldn t be bothered to help me at all I was told that when it leaves them place it s out of their hands and they won t even call DPD for me to even talk to them Absolutely outrageous I lost over 140 pounds of meat

Absolutely lovely
We ordered a rolled wagyu brisket joint that was quickly delivered on the day agreed Normally brisket can be a bit of a chewy joint so our intention was to slow roast it The joint was so big we couldn t fit it in the slow roaster so had to cook normally Absolutely gorgeous and so full of flavour and tenderness Will definitely use again

Great meat and service
Unlike the 1-star reviewer who confused Waitrose with Warrendale a difficult mistake but hey I have the greatest praise for Warrendale s wagyu burgers Full of flavour and delicious to eat I sous vide mine and sear on the BBQ flattop I also praise their excellent customer service There was a small problem with a recent delivery of a rump roast and hanger steaks but Warrendale s quick response was to send out replacements Full marks to them Good customer service keeps customers coming back

Amazing steaks
Ordered the large wagyu box as a treat definitely wasn t disappointed Beautiful cuts of meat incredible taste juicy and very tender 8 steaks for 100 is amazing value Will definitely order again I refuse to eat any other steak than wagyu now

We have just received our 5th order As always it arrived on time and in great condition although maybe the packaging could be more recyclable The beef is always excellent It cooks beautifully and is always tender and delicious Great value for beef of this quality
