Great experience and great mattress

We visited the showroom in Arnos Grove and were helped by Gul who was friendly and informative and made the process of buying a mattress so easy and relaxed We received our mattress a week ago and so far its been great - seems well made and very comfortable Even though we haven t needed to use the 10 week free exchange service and doubt we will its been good to have that peace of mind as well I d definitely recommend Warren Evans to anyone

Called int to get some specific advice on mattresses as I suffer from sciatica What I got was good old fashion unhurried customer service along with great knowledge and advice We also saw great products that we ended up buying two new beds as well as two mattresses I totally recommend them

Dawid was extremely helpful on the phone friendly and full of good advice Warren Evans is a family business and it shows in the way they treat their customers He even helped with advice for a purchase from a different shop when they didn t sell something I wanted I ve had a Warren Evans bed before and it lasted me 20 years and two countries I m excited to get my new bed

It was a no-brainer to go back to Warren Evans to shop for a new larger bed we need more room for us and the cat now after 10 years of owning a double bed and mattress from there both of which are still in excellent condition still after so long Dawid helped us patiently and expertly today and we walked away with a happy upgrade We look forward to owning our new Warren Evans bed for at least another 10 years

Top service Gul was very knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions when we visited the well stocked show room in Bounds Green No big sales push which was refreshing Can t comment further as items yet to be delivered but I m confident service will be good and looking forward to sleeping on my new mattress bed
