Ex Loyal Warrior 12 Customer
I ve been a loyal customer of Warrior 12 in the past and have always appreciated the quality of their shirts which is why I decided to order some as Christmas presents for my wife Unfortunately this experience has been extremely disappointing Despite placing my order well in advance the items did not arrive in time for the holidays To make matters worse I received no meaningful updates or communication about the delay When I checked the shop my order was no longer listed leaving me confused and uneasy about its status I even reached out to their customer service team but received no response Adding to my frustration I recently learned that Warrior 12 s shirts are not made in the United States as I originally assumed but in South America While they may be a NAFTA company I find it disappointing that a brand that markets itself as patriotic and American-made doesn t actually produce its products domestically I expected much better from a company I ve supported before While I understand that delays can happen the lack of communication accountability and transparency about their manufacturing has eroded my trust These were special gifts and it s disheartening that Warrior 12 couldn t deliver not just the products but also the service and values they promote Unfortunately I can no longer recommend Warrior 12 and I doubt I ll be making any future purchases

Don t order from them
Took 2 months to get order The one women s shirt xl won t fit an 8 year old child Men s shirts are 100 cotton and shrink really bad Used to be a good company but I won t order from them again

Warrior12 WAS a great company
Warrior12 WAS a GREAT company however it seems that it has sold out to another country In years past I ve ordered many shirts the sizes and fabric were of good quality the shirts that I received recently were of extremely poor quality The fabric is thin and the hem line along the bottom of the shirt wasn t straight it had a wave To make matters worse I requested a return and was charged shipping fees in advance before a return would be approved IT S THE LAST TIME WE ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Long time customer but not anymore
I will preface this with we have been long time customers and have loved the quality message and fit of Warrior 12 shirts My husband placed an order for 2 shirts in early November 2024 and just received them about 2 weeks ago Besides taking so long the quality is terrible and the fit is much smaller No one responds to emails Based on reading other recent reviews and this being in line with them I guess we just keep them but will never order again

Straight Ripoff
I trusted this site because I m a veteran of the Navy and Army and they represent themselves as a veteran owned organization But when almost a month went by and I didn t receive my order I decided to contact them The phone number is disconnected and their email won t accept my email This is a Ripoff there is no other way to say it Stay clear

Took money and never sent items
The company took my order and took the money from my credit card over a month ago The items never shipped I emailed and received no response When I tried to email again the email no longer works There is no phone number or other contact info on their site Other people are reporting the same issues on Facebook

Do not buy here
Do not buy here I ordered 3 shirts before Christmas promptly got a confirmation order etc then a follow-up email saying the shipment was part of a presale and it may take a couple months to fill first I d seen about that Warrior 12 charged my card right away It s been 9 weeks I emailed gave order and their refund link goes nowhere

Something has happened to this company
I ordered 2 shirts in November I ordered before and everything was received quickly This time after 5 weeks and nothing I contacted the company and they said it was a pre-order and they couldn t tell me when it would come Pre-order wasn t indicated on the page when I ordered At the end of December they still didn t know when it would come In January I got a email that apologized for the delay and I could cancel or get an additional shirt free I picked a shirt they updated the order for 3 shirts and said I d get an email when they shipped Less than a week later I get an email that said they couldn t fill the order they would send out the one shirt and refund the other No mention of the free shirt I received the single refund but have never gotten the other shirt I ve tried to contact the company and none of the emails go through Something has changed with this company I want a resolution

Placed an order in December after getting a shirt that had NO emblems on the sleeves even though the picture showed this was sent a gift card to buy a new shirt ordered it sent an additional email to company in Janurary was told shirt was on its way and now I still have yet to get it Very disappointed in the lack of customer service Customer service email goes nowhere

No shirts after one month and counting
I placed an order a month ago So they have my money ANY attempt at contact fails Email gets kicked back no human on their Messenger contact The tracking they gave me hasn t moved from order placed in over a month and doesn t give any delivery date whatsoever This company has turned into a complete scam DO NOT order from them
