Excellent customer service

Great experience could not fault anything It was my first venture to buying a nice watch for myself and a little worried about spending a lot of money over the internet with someone that I had never used before but I can say that the experience was very professional anyone that I was in contact with was professional in their approach helpful and polite Nothing was too big an ask and often out of hours Thanks to Richard Sean and Andrei I now have a watch that I never thought I would own at this price

Where do I start From the first call I made in relation to the watch I wanted to buy watchfinder could not have been anymore helpful The staff went above and beyond to help me from emails to phone calls and even the delivery to Ireland to save me a few pound I can honestly say the photos of the watch online didn t show the true quality of the watch I bought I was shocked at how well it came and the presentation I received it in I was nervous about spending the money I did online especially when I hadn t seen the watch but again watchfinder really surprised me with it I ll be definitely buying again from them
