Amazing customer Service
I originally received the wrong order and was very impressed with the swift action from the company in sending me the correct order along with a sweet apology note and a chic bracelet I definitely wasn t expecting this but it was a really nice touch - amazing customer service and I love my watch

Easy to get good service
When I receive the watch I ordered I found it s not the same way to adjust the watch band as they mentioned So I send an email Out of my expectation they give a very prompt reply and promise to send me an adjustment tool with an extra new watch as an apology I really appreciate their service attitude and would totally recommend it
