Jake was polite and very helpful - just so nice to be able to talk to a human being As I can t review my account on line at the moment he offered to email me a statement which arrived in a couple of minutes He told me to try to access my account tomorrow and if I was still having problems he would look into it for me

Excellent Customer Service From Debbie
Debbie was my point of contact when trying to transfer my account back The process was being made difficult by the supplier I was wishing to move away from but Debbie was so incredibly helpful and patient with resolving this matter for me She was quick to respond to my queries and always kept me informed at every step of the process which was really appreciated

I had a problem with my Water Bill and
I had a problem with my Water Bill and asked this to be explained back in May 24 On Friday spoke with a Extremely helpful Billing advisor by the name of Lauren Brumpton Explained the situation and she listened and promised to call back around 3pm later the same day To my surprise she called back within 2 hours with the answers to my query and a very satisfactory conclusion It was great to talk to her and she done what she said she would and that is very rare is today s world Well Done Lauren and Thank You

Great customer service our water meter had been smashed They sorted out the new meter and had been issued an estimated bill they arranged for the correct meter reading to be billed and sent us the refund due Great service would recommend
