I first bought one from Amazon and it was the incorrect model that did not have the hot water They were impossible to navigate and have the issue corrected Buying direct from the company was 100 the way to go It came quickly worked perfectly and was exactly what I wanted It is my new favorite purchase and is a great item for tea and hot beverages as well as a clean source of water

So far so good I m thoroughly enjoying my RO machine I love the way it works It hums a bit but doesn t bother me at all The water tastes incredible No more deposits in my hot water pot Best investment I ve ever made

So far so good I got a great deal on a refurbished unit water tastes great Enough that even my kids can tell the difference We ve had several incidents with our water provider over the past few months that we and several of our neighbors decided to get filtration systems I saw some great reviews of this system online and decided to give it a try Installation was easy we also added the MNR35 Re-mineralization filter to ours Water coffee tea etc all taste better now Hopefully the system holds up over time At least we have a little assurance for the next year as the refurbished units have 1 year warranties For under 350 how could you go wrong

Love my RO filter Has completely eliminated scale buildup and white dust from my humidifiers and we have extremely hard water Best tasting water in my house and has improved my beer 10 fold

The consultant told me a directive that was not in the manual for replacing the folder She told me one has to press the reset button while the water is turned on I reread the manual a couple of times after she told me and did not find it in the manual for replacement of filters
