Slightly reticent after reading other TripAdvisor reviews I decided to risk an order when I realised the products were approx half the price of the next nearest competitor So pleased I did paid extra for next day delivery and it arrived promptly in less than 24hrs Set up hoses and timers realised I needed more pieces so placed another order Again arrived punctually and all own brand products superb quality along with very competitive prices for well known brands If it s hosepipe leaky pipe you re after don t hesitate to order from these people

Nervous ordering after reading reviews

Items were delivered on time There was a problem with one of items a hose pipe so they replaced it immediately without any fuss and very speedily I ve used them twice now and my impression is that they are trustworthy and efficient

Reading the reviews I was a bit concerned buying from them but after buying elsewhere and being so unhappy with what I got I decided to take a chance I was extremely surprised and I am so glad I took the chance The prices of the goods was much cheaper and the quality much better On top of it delivery was really quick 2 business day after I placed the order it arrived

I already knew the company having extensively used them in a business capacity when I was in Buckinghamshire so couldn t quite understand some of the negatives put on here I think its the way some people react in the first place shouting instead of asking anyway I ordered a fitting for my Brother and it arrived in double quick time at his house but looked as thought the package had been used as a football and the fitting was missing from the damaged package Photo of package and letter of explanation and the fitting was sent again by return WITH a little bonus for my Brother Excellent service which I already knew but brilliant again non the less I am now in the process of ordering a self contained water capture unit along with an auto watering system for my garden here in Cornwall and I know I will get excellent and fast service

Very fast delivery fair pricing no complaints
