Great Company superb product
There have been some bad reviews of this company but I recently ordered a number of items directly from them and received a very fast delivery service I have not found any problems with quality but would make one comment that would be simple for the company to rectify and could save a number of negative reactions I purchased a hose trolley and thought that a couple of locknuts were missing from the kit My wife ever eagle eyed found them lurking in a corner of the box partially obscured by the cardboard This happens because some of the nuts bolts and washers are just put loose into the box This is not good practice and I would suggest these parts be secured in appropriate packaging

Slightly reticent after reading other TripAdvisor reviews I decided to risk an order when I realised the products were approx half the price of the next nearest competitor So pleased I did paid extra for next day delivery and it arrived promptly in less than 24hrs Set up hoses and timers realised I needed more pieces so placed another order Again arrived punctually and all own brand products superb quality along with very competitive prices for well known brands If it s hosepipe leaky pipe you re after don t hesitate to order from these people

Nervous ordering after reading reviews
Items were delivered on time There was a problem with one of items a hose pipe so they replaced it immediately without any fuss and very speedily I ve used them twice now and my impression is that they are trustworthy and efficient

Fantastic Company
Reading the reviews I was a bit concerned buying from them but after buying elsewhere and being so unhappy with what I got I decided to take a chance I was extremely surprised and I am so glad I took the chance The prices of the goods was much cheaper and the quality much better On top of it delivery was really quick 2 business day after I placed the order it arrived

I already knew the company having extensively used them in a business capacity when I was in Buckinghamshire so couldn t quite understand some of the negatives put on here I think its the way some people react in the first place shouting instead of asking anyway I ordered a fitting for my Brother and it arrived in double quick time at his house but looked as thought the package had been used as a football and the fitting was missing from the damaged package Photo of package and letter of explanation and the fitting was sent again by return WITH a little bonus for my Brother Excellent service which I already knew but brilliant again non the less I am now in the process of ordering a self contained water capture unit along with an auto watering system for my garden here in Cornwall and I know I will get excellent and fast service

Very fast delivery fair pricing no complaints
Placed an order yesterday evening and received it 11am this morning I d paid for Next Day but some businesses have an early cut-off so hadn t expected it today Would have purchased from one of the bigger stores I recognized but they were all sold out for what I needed I took a chance on Water Irrigation as their prices were in line with the competition and am very pleased especially given the prompt delivery Would use again They also didn t overdo it with unnecessary packaging so another positive
