Easy to get an appointment
Easy to get an appointment friendly reception staff and Miss Butters is so good really gentle and keeps you informed of what she is doing I had a cosmetic procedure today to cover up where my front teeth enamel was worn really pleased with the results

Excellent dental practise
Excellent dental practise - I asked my son 7 years what he thought about his checkup and he said they were very lovely All the staff are friendly professional and as someone who myself finds going to the dentist quite stressful Miss Butters is fantastic and makes you feel completely at ease

I never worry about a visit to Watermead
I never worry about a visit to the practice knowing i get excellent treatment from both Ms Butters and having a banter with Mandy my Hygienist You get a polite and warm welcome on arriving in reception I have recommended this practice to friends who thanked me for how good the treatment they received was compared their their old Dental practice

Im a new client to this practice
Im a new client to this practice two dental visits and a hygeinist appointment with a further dental appt in the pipeline At this early point indications are excellent for an ongoing successful relationship Its a professional and organised approach in a comfortable setting Apart from my own experience I ve observed a range of clients of all ages all seemingly relaxed and happy to be there

Best Dentists and hygienists I ve ever had
I made the move to Watermead in February 2023 and have not regretted my decision in fact I could kick myself for staying loyal for to my old dentists for over 15 years as it seems they did a really slapdash job of plaque removal Also I remember leaving the old place with a bleeding and sore mouth after every visit and was paying a lot more Julie Rushina and all the staff I have interacted with at Watermead been friendly approachable and understanding I no longer fret about going to the dentist if anything I now look forward to it because I know I m in good hands I have found a dentists that is worth being loyal to now
