Was not happy when I rang up I thought the balance was wrong although there was a minor error by Wave the lady explained everything very clearly and went through but by bit the account it seems a 800 payment had came off the account but I had challenged this as it was supposed to be on direct debit over a period of time the 800 was transferred back correctly as not paid but on the next quarter creating confusion The lady went through it and it was clarified
