Akin to having a scammer handle your payments

A couple of months after using the Wave s system they abruptly and suddenly witheld a payment for a large job causing severe losses and a whopping 400 in overdraft fees They claimed they took the funds for a standard regular risk review because of a client s amex payment After terrible back and forth communication they cancelled the transaction and we lost over 3 thousand dollars in hard earned monies Our experience dealing with them was like dealing a scam artist or a fraudster They are not worth the fee they collect and cannot be trusted handling your customers payments

This company will take your money not approve your account and when asked why will state compliance reasons without giving a legit answer They are completely against protecting police officers and keeping them safe TRUST the other reviews and steer clear of this POS company

This company acts shady in a variety of ways where they will take money for services you do not use When confronted with it they will tell you it is your fault They literally hire people with credit collections experience as their payroll specialist representatives because they do everything possible to prevent you from getting money back that they should not be holding on to Do not trust this company with your business

Do not use Customer paid an invoice a week later it was accidentally reported as fraudulent Customer called his bank and took care of right away Wave locked my account refused to issue further payments Near impossible to contact Then I revive an email saying I am no longer allowed to use their payment processor effective immediately decisions are final with ZERO reasons All because a customer made a mistake

TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE DO NOT USE THEM They will allow you to create invoices collect payment online and then a few days later email you saying the payments have been refunded and now you suddenly need to embarrassingly tell your customers you need to collect payment AGAIN because you were declined the online payment use with ZERO explanation THEN they don t actually refund people They take the money away from you and the entire thing has been one embarrassing ridiculous mess NEVER AGAIN DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Serious security flaw with this app

Serious security flaw with this app you sign up to connect your business bank account to the app but it insists on connecting and having access to ALL other accounts you may have at that bank -- mortgage car loan unrelated business etc You would think a Canadian firm would be a little more attuned to privacy than that Wave it is a great app but FIX THE SECURITY AND PRIVACY ISSUES You have NO business accessing any account other than the one we authorize Oh yes -- and there is NO ONE at Wave to contact about it by any means

Horse crap technology If you receive the error Couldn t connect to your institution it s because there s a known issue between our third-party data aggregator and your bank How is this even a thing in 2021 You are partnered with RBC and you are blaming your inability to connect customers to their banking on a third party app lol Hire a better product team
