VPN issue sorted for my new home computer

I had a new computer installed at home for the odd days I WFH Esli Ratnaras has been updating my whole system and set me up on VPN and remote desktop swiftly after my initial call Very nice attentive to my issue efficient technician Highly recommended

Issues with phone lines

Four of our phone lines unexpectedly went down but Lisa was incredibly helpful in keeping us informed while Openreach was notified and worked to resolve the issue
