Excellent serviceI had a fault with a wave navigator dropstitch kyak which ibought early this year after working out what this problem was over a period of time i contacted wave and after sending them photos of the fault they immediately offered me a replacement kyak which I feel was excellent service so thank you Tom I though rally recommend your company

I received the wrong item which is very rare as I have ordered from Wave multiple times I contacted them and got a reply within 24hrs they apologised for the inconvenience and proceeded to give me a better item free of charge Amazing customer service highly recommend Thank you Tom and Paddy for the help

The product is great Good quality and exactly as described Very happy I should also mention that the customer service was great - I somehow managed to order two boards by mistake and the customer service team we re excellent Both Paddy and Zoe were really helpful and the issue was solved without any stress Thanks guys
