Do an order for a Dormideo mattress on the 31st of May 2024 and Wayfair advised the delivery for the 10th - 13th of June 2024 It s now 17th of June and customer services advised that the item hasn t been shipped yet neither guarantee that their 3rd re-booked date in system the 2nd of July could be fulfilled Ordered cancelled for obvious reasons

No product or communication received
It has now been more than 2 months since we were told we would have received our products already We keep following up and then they update tge order saying it is not ready yet We are starting to think we have been conned out of our money We still havent received our order The website says our order is ready for dispatch but the customer service says the order has not been manufactured yet Which one is true How can your sytem say it is ready to be courierd to us but your customer service says the peoduct does not exist Which one is true Also dont see any replies to the Irsih website on trustpilot why not Wayfair

Awful service
Awful service Ordered a chair and was given a delivery date I hadn t received the chair on the date so checked the website and it was back ordered Still five chairs on the website Support desk was atrocious Couldn t advise when it would ship I will never buy anything from this company

Outrageous
I ordered a clock early June that arrived with the glass broken because it wasnt packaged properly only in plastic bag I returned it over a month ago which cost 10 because of tracking 8 emails and 4 Phone calls later I still havnt received my refund and the communication with their costumer service is always the same standard email like they are redingote from a script Outrageous never again

Dreadful online shopping experience
I ordered water feature It arrived with parts missing Customer services said they would send out replacement parts Didn t arrive I returned the water feature and ordered another one After waiting 17 days for delivery it turned up WITH THE SAME PARTS MISSING What a waste of time Won t be ordering from this company again

God they ve lost the plot recently
God they ve lost the plot recently The website is a mess and continually fails to load orders or lists etc jumpy isn t the word Orders going missing due to their use of Evri and diabolical customer service in fact NONE Quick to take your money but soooo slow to sort out refunds and issues plus orders saying accepted and money taken for the order to show as non existent within seconds Finally the excuse of you not being the vendor doesn t wash as under UK consumer law we deal with you not the supplier therefore it s your problem Going quickly down the drain in my opinion pity

Terrible experience with Wayfair Ordered a wardrobe with them and it never got delivered to me Support team is clueless as to where the order is I had to reorder the wardrobe again only to know that the order still is in some warehouse in Poland But then they keep delaying the delivery date making us wait indefinitely

I ordered a blind and it arrived broken and in pieces I filed to get a replacement The second one also arrived broken Dealing with the AI Assistant has been a woeful experience and then I have to - rebox bring to DPD and pay for postage to get a refund I order for the convenience because I dont have time never again from WayUNFair

If i could give a 0 star i would Paid 263 for a dining table and it was delivered today Lots of screws missing so it cant be put together and it must have been packaged by mice because my place is destroyed with bits of the white stuff because it was all broken Im furious Now ive to wait to hear back from the manufacturer to find out when ill be sent all the missing parts Not good enough for the money it cost Wayfair you should be ashamed sending out these packages
