Do not buy The shoes are fine but if you want to exchange for smaller or larger size or have any problems with the shoe you cannot contact them I have literally emailed them four times and also phoned them Guess what no one answers the phone Super shady Stay away I will be contacting my credit card for help since the company is not helping

Horrible customer service
Dear wayofwade I can t believe how bad the customer service I would love if you could respond to any of my emails I have sent or any of the dms I sent to your official instagram page I have not received my order number to my email the only email I have received was the one telling me that I got points for ordering this product I was looking forward to using them in the upcoming school volleyball season there is still time to make up for your actions I would really appreciate if you can use my email to contact me and we can have a more formal conversation over email Sincerely owenharker 11

This is probably the WORST company I have had to deal with They were quick to answer with snotty answers on Facebook but when it comes to real shipping concerns absolutely nothing Bought them for Christmas as they said expedited shipping for Christmas and nothing has happened I really think this is a scam No email updates no responses to customer service NO NOTHING I can t even cancel my order If this is a true Dwayne Wade company he should be ashamed Christmas ruined I wouldn t buy anything from this website RUN

Poor Quality even worse customer experience
I ve been playing basketball all my life and never invested this much money in a Basketball boots I decided to bite the bullet and spent 220 EUR on a pair of Wayofwade 10 s They lasted only 3 games before the sole of the shoe peeled off at the top of the shoe I ve never had this with any of the basketball boots in the past I am trying to reach out to customer support over phone nobody is picking up and email No response in any way shape or form To say I am disappointed is an under statement

Very very poor customer support and awareness
Very very poor customer support and awareness I accidently ordered a size too small and instantly tried to cancel my order but got a ticket which was never fulfilled up until today I ordered 3 days ago and now my package got send to me Of course I have to pay shipping back to them Very bad experience and never buying from that store again Rather pay 50 more on another website for the right customer support etc than having to pay 50 for a misclick

Super shady company
Super shady company They appear as though they are a US company - but items ship from China When they arrived and were too big I attempted return No one responded until I reported them to my credit card company Then they sent me messages asking me to pay to return the shoes and to please ask my credit card to stop the charge back So the only way to communicate with them is to email their support - which no one responds to I ve called the phone number on the site it rings and rings Eventually I received a message that the voicemail was full No mention of it being an actual company I think the entire thing is a sham

Exceptionally poor customer service Ultimately the only way to have a positive interaction is to purchase a shoe and have no issues If there s anything wrong with the shoe even if you follow the returns process ultimately they won t help you Hope for a perfect fit or expect to be let down

Run as fast as you can very poor customer service Ordered shoes were sure they were going to be here within 7 days it s more than a month now still have not received my shoes Nobody answers the phone nobody responds to the email except for generated automatic responses Very poorly run is a disgrace to Dwayne Wade if that s his company and his name is attached to this run the other way they are not a legit company

Review I am beyond frustrated with the customer service of this company I have been waiting for over a month for my product to arrive and there has been no solution so far Despite multiple emails and confirmations from the local provider that my package was lost the company has shown a complete lack of action and responsibility Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced I provided them with every possible solution but all I received were excuses and delays They have not taken any concrete steps to resolve the issue This has been an incredibly disappointing experience No matter how good their shoes may be I will never do business with them again Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs Their inability to handle a simple shipping issue and their poor customer service are unacceptable

Tried to order a pair of shoes for my grandsons upcoming ball tournament Never recieved an order confirmation instead a red warning that transaction could not be completed tried credit card then bank card same result Next day my accts showed charges Tried to call text email No response Now going to report as fraudulent transactions and have to get new cards
