Their customer support is nonexistent

Their customer support is nonexistent I reached out to them over 2 weeks ago to see about downgrading my account It took 10 days to get to a useless response I replied that I just wanted to cancel Since then I have been trying to cancel my account with no success Absolutely no response either by phone or email I froze my credit card and also had them put a stop payment on the charge I just saw Wealthfit tried to process the charge and it was declined What the heck is going on with them
