I ordered some yarns last Sunday I immediately received an email with confirmation and my order number but nothing more no updates no tracking number It says my order is processed in my WAK account but no other info I paid about 60 and starting to think this is a scam No telephone number for customer services I can contact only a form I have completed and sent the form a couple of days ago but it s weekend the reply says and they will be back to me on the next working day not very professional really Once I receive my order hopefully I ll come back to leave feedback on the yarn I have seen many YouTubers who use WAK yarns and I thought it was a renown brand but it does not seem so as per the service provided for now

Poor customer service who ghost block you

Twice now I have been sent an empty envelope Each time there was supposed to be WAK pins in DHL delivered a pink bag which was empty Careless the first time but absolutely ridiculous the second time Such a waste of my time and money

Like the other reviews i unfortunately have to agree this company seems scammy Have followed in Instagram for last 2 years eventually decided to purchase yarn Really wish I hadn t bothered The Customer service is terrible there is no way of contacting them unless you use the online form most of the time you just get automated reply which sends you to look on their website Failing to find a way of directly contacting them I tried to contact them regarding the problem with my order through Instagram but had no reply to my message and no answer when I tried to Instagram call - instead they BLOCKED me What sort of company is this I am still waiting for the returns slip for my incorrect order even tho I have requested this many times using the form it has now been 5 days and still no sign of it just automated email and emails that don t answer the problem Surely it can t be that difficult to arrange a returns slip Unfortunately like other people s reviews have said it appears they ghost you and block social media accounts if you have a problem with your order This company feels like a scam

Lovely website but terrible company I ordered a Little Snood kit and received wool needles but no pattern Although company based in Madrid parcel shipped from Germany Seems to be little to no quality control I emailed twice left a message and tried live chat but was told they were busy and to leave my email and they d get back to me Impossible to communicate with them I will not be using this company again
