Garbage after a few wares

Meh company and quality of clothes is sub par for the price you can get much better else ware

I really wanted to like this company

I really wanted to like this company I ordered 11 pairs of jeans from them over the years Mostly ok but a few times the quality was off Top Buttons that broke off Eye seams that came unravelled and sizing that is inconsistent and some times way way off Like a size 29 when you ordered a 32 I Could not even pull them up or do up a single button Delivery is very slow I ordered a warm fabric pair in the fall early winter and did not receive the pants until Summer of the following year when it was too warm to wear them The fit was way off and when I reached out to customer service to swap them out or return them they refused As a customer I did not feel appreciated or cared for Their customer service pretended like they cared but in the end they did not stand behind their talk I won t be buying with them again Too bad I really wanted this company to succeed

It is absolutely ridiculous how long it takes to receive your order I have been waiting 5 months to receive mine and I was hoping the heavy waxed jeans would be ready for winter Sadly they won t be Very little communication apart from logging onto their website to see what stage it is at 6 stages and mine has been stuck at 3 6 for ages The problem with this company is they release countless number of clothing items each day to be funded At any one time they must have hundreds of different items being made to specific orders You have to wait until they get the fabric then wait until it is cut then wait and wait and wait and wait They have had my money for 5 months and I have succumbed to the fact my money is likely lost and I won t be able to get a refund I can t even comment on how good the product is but I know that if it ever arrives I will still have to get the hem taken up at more expense for me Stay clear of this company

The list of negatives with this company is long Poor customer service Bizarrely small sizing order two full sizes larger than you think no returns ever Poor manufacturing quality Three shirts had separating seems after one was The company told me to take the shirt to my tailor to have it repaired Multiple cancelled orders due to quality problems while Gustin has my money for one full year The estimated times are never accurate Sone items literally take a full year before you see them Summer clothing is always delivered in the dead of winter etc Using so many fabrics the fit on different items vary immensely You will end up with pants and jeans that are most likely way to tight or small No online customer reviews When you consider your stuck with what you buy and the sizing is bizzarly slow ordering from Gustin is no bargain They have some cool fabrics but operations and customer service especially on defective items is in the toilet I wish this company would listen to their customers A follow up Survey would go a long way In the end I don t think they really care or want to improve It s a shame for a company that has so much potential

Do not trust this company They have no problem taking your money up front then delaying what is an already unacceptable wait time If you like to gamble this company and process is for you I still haven t received 2 t-shirts 2 1 2 months from when they charged me From their response hey have no idea when they will be delivered Give me a break it s a t-shirt any factory can knock those out in a week They are doing something fishy with your with that kind of float time I won t be a repeat customer

Ordered Oct 2020 Jeans was schedule to be delivered before Christmas We are in Feb 2021 and the Gustin Rep told me will ship over the next three weeks But every day they try to sell me other items - Maybe if Gustin invested 1 of marketing budget in manufacturing I would get my Jeans - You can order a jeans for your Kid he might get it when he is in collage I m

Convinced to never do business again

Firstly I want to qualify myself I spent 15 years as a professional in the garment industry working with tailored and ready-to-wear clothing both domestically-made and imported I have spec d literally thousands of garments for sizing and manufacturing details Cone 101 work-shirt received almost 5 months after it was ordered Ordered a classic fit size XXL taking into account their vanity sizing and the inherent shrinkage with selvedge fabrics Shirt fits like a slim-fit XL and just barely Given that the selvedge fabric will shrink the shirt may not even be wearable down the road unless I drop another 10 pounds Gustin needs to own up to the fact that their no vanity sizing is just a way to reduce their textile costs and nothing else Textile quality is as expected however there is no identification that it came from Cone Mills anywhere on the shirt Sorry but this is suspicious since the site touts its fabric sourcing so highly in their marketing To sum it up Wait times are absolutely ridiculousPricing is fairConstruction is goodTextiles are not vetted to the consumer with labelingSizing is way way way offAn anti-climactic experience

Delivered a product significantly different from what was advertised agreed to a refund including my cost of shipping then only gave me a shipping credit which effectively forces me to spend more with them on inconsistent products in the future On top of that it took them four months to fulfill the order Dyanna is not to be trusted and the entire company has declined significantly Shop with other organizations
