Poor quality - shocking customer service
I bought a Weatherbeeta dog bed Pillow the visible fabric looks great and is really sturdy but the base fabric that sits on the floor is like paper and totally unsuitable The bed is not fit for purpose - I emailed Weatherbeeta customer service and they could not care less I really wouldn t bother buying anything from this company - poor quality - shocking customer service

Customer service let them down massively
I loved the fluorescent dog coat and was recommending it to friends but the stitching between the belly section and body section came undone within 5 weeks so only the tape joined the two I contacted Weatherbeeta who initially seemed helpful but once I sent a copy of the receipt and they realised it was bought elsewhere they washed their hands of it If they made it and it breaks within 5 weeks then why not sort it and cut out the middle man that will take up more of my time the middle man time as well as theirs whilst I lose confidence in them as a company and will let others know if discussing dog coat purchases in the future A simple positive response would have left me continuing with my five star reviews which I will now be changing

Poor company response responsibility Purchased horse Comfitec Fly rugs Navy binding had very stiff edge and poorly stitched After four hours a rubbed sore patch on horses neck Company told me to contact retail outlet who in turn told me as bough in sale and been worn nothing they could do This is not a cheap rug Weatherbeeta did not even acknowledge an issue Luckily rug replaced with Rambo with softer material used for areas around neck where more pressure is placed while horse grazing in fine summer coats that need softer touch Poor customer experience

Avoid avoid First the boots on the website have been photographed to look a certain way ie far narrower and less like wellies Well they are like wellies but with less style Then try to get a refund out of them After they received the boots on 12 November I was promised refund within 14 days then another 3-5 days And now it s Your refund was processed on 24 11 21 Once initiated by our accounting department the final transaction will be completed by your credit card company typically within 5-10 business days Just a load of garbage to hang on to mey 166 I note from their Facebook that other customers have had boots which fall apart within a month Australian company and presumably the owners don t care as long as their money keeps rolling in

Buy from a company who have pride in their products
I purchased boots with the expectation that they would be of quality as they are not cheap and made for horse riding Unfortunately this is inaccurate After wearing the boots no more than 8 times mainly walking to the shop with nothing challenging the heel collapsed on one boot I spoke to the Dublin team who said they could not do anything as they were over a year old despite it being a manufacturing issue The store I purchased them from even chased them for a refund as they saw the boots and could see they were hardly worn and that it was a manufacturing issue but Dublin still took no responsibility My next boots will be from a company which has pride in their products

Poor products terrible customer service
Poor products Terrible customer service I bought a Kyla coat which after one wash at low temperature fell apart I complained to the retailer and then WeatherBeeta directly to be told it was my fault and they weren t prepared to do anything for me 130 coat no longer wearable

Weatherbeeta Breeze Combo - Poor Design
I bought a Weatherbeeta Breeze Combo The single surcingle is not adequate to hold the rug in place so it slipped when the horse rolled within 10 minutes of wearing it As the horse got up he knelt on the front because it had slipped and it ripped at the buckle It is a shame as the material is nice and design is smart I bought it because my horse has a high wither and the rug has wither relief I emailed the company and they said I should have sent it back unworn if I was suspicious about the single surcingle So apparently you have to know more about rug design than the company who manufactures them Surcingles stop the rug slipping Everyone knows that A high end product that is not worth the extra

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service Bought a therapy tech turnout with the panel that runs down the inside of the rug It s like a fleece type fabric that pushes against the direction of the hair so then won t self righten Weatherbeetas reply was not their problem And wouldn t help me out with this issue Pony had only had it on 6 hours and it s useless now because the fabric just pulls against his hair I expected a better service from such a big company Wouldn t recommend and I won t buy their rugs again

Didn t last 2 weeks fell to bits If you have anything over 16hh Don t buy a weatherbetta they will say their rugs do not fit and won t let you claim on the warranty 250 rug and didn t last 2 weeks Back to the cheap shire rug she was in before WORST COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY IVE EVER COME ACROSS Go get a premier equine or shires rug don t waste your money

Shocking customer service been a loyal customer for years but now you have to wait for 2 days to get response via email the phone number wants you to leave a message and when returning an item you get this very high handed message basically saying that they MAY accept the return Then there is another delay working out what is the next step UK statutory rights say that we are allowed to send anything we have not seen in person back within 14 days of receipt Seems to me that customers should spend money with them but not bother them if there is a problem Never used to be like this
