Flat out theft
I want a mouse and keyboard I payed for a mouse and keyboard on the 26 of november I wish they had a warning for not having them in stock instead of a non visible barely yellow outline of an unticked box I hoped I could get them after waiting until the 7th 2 hours in que with Budbee their choice of delivery with no answer but after 2 days of insisting on the phone with webhallen that hope was crushed as Budbee lost my order I wish they processed my mouse delivery faster and not in 3 days and further insistence on my part Now I just want answers since yeasterday the 14th of december I could not pick up my order from Webhallen s own Uppsala store First they wanted a picture ID to confirm it was me Fine your own store gave me the keyboard without requiring any but how we don t know Then my EU member national ID is not valid I ask for a contact to the swedish authority in charge with customer protection and the answer is we don t have that Today is the 15th of december 20 days later my money was immediatly taken from my account I have no method of picking up my order and no money in my account It took 26 days in the Roman Empire to get from Rome to Londinium I actually needed that mouse to apply to colleges and other swedish institutions to become more than a second class citizen at the mercy of the wims of some frustrated disgruntled retail workers What I want now are answers what do you call this in Sweden cause where I come from it s called theft discrimination and lost time and stress

Not happy at all
Not happy at all Purchased an item using Klarna and they delivered it to the wrong address When you purchase through Klarna you don t have to even enter the address Now going through the follow-up I bought this for my son and need to have it before the weekend If they fix it I will change my review

Do not shop here if you are not living in Sweden
Walked in to a Webhallen shop and bought Razer hammerhead true wireless earbuds The were malfunctioning with in a week I do not live in Sweden and the only way Webhallen will help is if I come back to Sweden

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service I bought a Windows computer from this place in November In January it suddenly stoped working so I brought it back as it was still under warranty I was told it would take 3-5 weeks to get my computer repaired and was given a chromebook to use in the meantime After a week of using the chromebook I relized it did not meet my needs impossible to code on chromebooks I went back to the shop to get a better computer but they only had chromebooks and suggested I go to another location I went to another Webhallen where I was able to exchange the chromebook for a Lenovo laptop still a crappy computer compared to my original laptop I went home with the Lenovo laptop to realize they had forgotten to unlock it the previous user was still loged in I therefore had to go back to the shop and wait 45 minutes to get the computer unlocked The workers did realize they made a mistake and gave me a ridiculous voucher of 100 SEK As of today my laptop has been in repair for almost 3 month I have received no update on the situation even after calling customer service and being told I would soon receive an email updating me This is extremely unprofessional and this whole situation is unnaceptable DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE

Been loyal customer for years but things turned ugly when I needed customer support
Years after years I have been shopping with them Finally I needed to do reclamation on the warranty period I brought the products back to the shop and they admitted it All good Then 3 weeks went by and I still haven t got any refund Been in touch with them several times and they always say the same thing - they re working on it Now I have been turned down by their support once again and told to wait For how LONG do you expect customers to patiently wait I m utterly disappointed Update I eventually got my refund but it took month and a half

Careless customer support
I ordered a cpu cooler that workt for 3 month before it broke I asked for an rma eand they sent one out That one whent bust after half a year again so i contacted them to send it back and money back since they said they could do that but instead of giving me my money back they sent me another one

Horrible experience
Horrible experience not only this store but also client support I ordered a 37K SEK gaming pc and the GPU had an issue that unfortunately they didn t test before delivering my pc I struggled a lot to find issue and then when reported they told me to bring it and it took like 1 5 years since reported with many delays and most the time was 0 response even they promised to get back many times and didn t at all I had to raise it with them again and again to escalate finally when they wanted to reimpurse they offered a 3 5K cheaper option and they said this is the only option I get I had to call them and visit their store many times before they recognized this is unfair horrible client support and horrible experience tbh
