I came across some offers from Webbs on the internet by chance This is the first time I have ordered from them and have to say the process was faultless In fact I received my items promptly well packed and not disappointed with the items I had one additional request on receipt of my goods and webbs were very quick to respond and support

Excellent customer service

The initial items were delivered very quickly unfortunately a manufacturing problem was discovered A phone call and follow up e-mail to Webbs Garden Centre were dealt with quickly and efficiently resulting in the item being replaced within 48hrs I couldn t fault their service and will certainly use this company again

Looked after lupins

Andy and David looked after the lupin plants I had ordered until I needed them They arrived beautifully packed and in excellent condition ready to plant for my open garden day on May 5th Wonderful service Thank you

Very easy to order the website is clear and all of the information I needed was there customer service are fast and efficient and Andy was very helpful The raised beds I ordered were delivered next day courier was great Easy to put together and place in my garden Excellent experience I ll definitely order from Webbs again

First time ordering from Webbs and cannot fault the service Ordered RSPB Super Suet Balls yesterday morning and they arrived this morning Very well packed I notice some of the reviews on here not so good but I can only relate to my experience which was flawless
