They will allow Nordic born people to have a separate holiday AND a separate set of paid time with their parents They denied my request to travel from Copenhagen to Helsinki when my mom was in the hospital but then two weeks later they allowed a Norwegian Swede whatever to travel to a Swedish forest and party with her parents Company auditors will also accept that ethnic women with a condition are verbally assaulted They chose to fire me after 5 years the same day I told them that some of my organs might need medical attention My journey with them included a long period of 15 hours of work and talks about career opportunities My boss then went and credited a Nordic person with not just my work everyone elses too They will also deem the question Can we have a Palestinian cause to vote for in the Christmas donation competition as antisemitic and will give a written warning if you ask

This company needs to pay better at least double what they pay now for German speakers for example an offer more benefits to employees instead of pooling all the money to the top people who don t help out the agents at all

This company is corrupt and should have been closed down many years ago An employee who was not paid properly told management that they would have the company s audits reviewed and only then did they swiftly pay the monies due They are most definitely fraudulent and there are many secrets that they are keeping from their employees During my time there so many employees had to take up issues with payroll of not being paid their proper monthly income They are deceitful in that they hardly ever pay the proper wage you as an employee are due Furthermore operations managers and employees in higher ranking management positions are paid monthly incomes of 50k or more whilst the average call centre agent makes around 11k

I got fired from working with PHILIPS Hue in Denmark via Concentrix Webhelp because I asked if we can have a Palestinian cause to vote for in the company xmass donation competition They say the question drives antis3mitic politics They also denied me to work from another city where they have an office while my mom was in the hospital due to company wide security measures AND then two weeks later they allowed a Nordic born person to go to a summerhouse in a Swedish forest and work there with her family

AVOID AVOID AVOID
Had my interview with Webhelp - Glasgow in December during which I was totally transparent with the company about an upcoming surgery I was awaiting a date on I was told this was ok and that they would accommodate this When I was offered the role I again reminded them of this and again was reassured I completed my 4 week training during which I had got my date through and was told it would be ok as it would be after I had completed all training After my surgery I was given a sick line and told strictly by my surgeon that I couldn t work for at least 2 weeks until I was assessed again and cleared this is where managers attitudes totally changed with me I was receiving threatening emails and voicemails about returning to work and when I eventually did managers where extremely rude and pushy about me meeting well above targets as my 2 weeks off was affecting numbers which I had to make up for eventually due to the stress I chose to hand in my notice instead For the past 6 months I have been emailing asking for arrangements to be made for my WFH equipment to be collected by a courier and the company still have failed to do this instead they have charged me over 400 for it which I find totally despicable considering I have proof to show that I have tried to make the arrangements and it s Webhelp themselves that have failed I was advised by HMRC to contact payroll to have this money refunded to me however when I have contacted the company to ask for a contact within payroll they are now ignoring me Managers and people support team are also choosing to ignore reference requests from new potential employers which I find so unprofessional AVOID THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY

Webhelp Lisbon is a scam
Webhelp Portugal Lisbon No emphatie at all Very bad salary it s normal in this country but it s way worse than other company s for foreign people like Teleperformance and Cognizant Webhelp does not provide anything good for foreigners 1 I had 2 unjustified sick days and got kicked out of the house immediately No warning no time to pack just move As a foreigner you have no choice to just move back to your own country or find any solution fast2 My uncle died and I explained my family situation was very complicated I told the company that my uncle was basically my dad and i would love to have a few days off so i could travel to go to the funeral They refused it I had to go in meetings with 282829 people to explain why i wanted to go to the funeral so bad I had to watch the funeral on my phone through livestream I asked the leader of the floor if i could put my settings on unavailable to attemp the funeral online and he said that i could but i would NOT get that paid and it will be justified as absent I ask them if there was a private room for me available and they said there are corners in the kantine or in the hall I had 0 privacy and it was so bussy 3 In this company you get a shared appartment which is like 250 300 of your montly salary that they take its fine I got put in the most crazy neighborhood of Lisbon Amadora Quelluz if u look up Queluz you only get the pretty palace but it s literally ghetto gang area of lisbon same as Chellas We never felt safe here and did not want to go out as girls at night not even day everyday the same sh Keep in mind and not want to offend or be racist that we are 2 brown darkskin girls that also come from area s like this back home and we blend perfect in the neighborhood here but they spot we are foreigners and not from that area which is totally understandable that they don t want us there lol But imagine your white or asian We told the company multiple times we would like a relocation but they kept on ignoring the signs and would not provide anything safer 2 other colleagues even got robbed and beaten in this neighborhood and still they didn t do anything they moved back to their country if you provide a house for foreigners in Lisbon the company should put you in a SAFE place and also in a place where you are actually welcomed and not in a closed neighborhood ghetto block They don t want us there Of course they don t I totally understand why they treated us that way in the neighborhood Absolutely hate this company They only care about money you literally a slave to this company and i have nothing good to say other than no one give a sh so it s normal for people to smoke and do drugs in the toilets at work and hook up One big of joke
