This is my second review Through no fault of theirs I did not receive the annual invoice and forgot all about it Only discovered my error when we realised website had been taken down Terrified that we had lost it completely The whole team was so professional in reassuring us once invoice paid and getting it back up in record time Cannot tell you how grateful we are for webhosting s professionalism and prompt answers in what was a mistake that was entirely my own Whew

Webhosting UK has triumphed again Today I had a requirement to enlist the help of the technical team at Webhosting to assist me with an issue concerning my DMARC DKIM setting that I was unable to fix myself Sammy M provided an excellent service and was extremely patient - especially as I wasn t very good in explaining what the problem s were I have been with Webhosting UK for many years and have always found their staff to be thorough courteous and incredibly helpful - Highly Recommend

Webhosting UK has been the best dedicated server I ever had at a reasonable price Their support system is very useful I had some issues with WP-toolkit and Andy and Vincent G were friendly proactive and very helpful walking me through the right solution
