I would not trust ACSI
I cannot beleive how inefficient and money-grabbing ACSI is It is undoubtedly very political and anti British following brexit it took its time to send me the 2023 card and handbook and as a result i had left for my holiday before the book arrived I complained to ACSI who told me to return the book for a full refund I arranged for my son to return the book some weeks ago I have NOT had a refund despite contacting ACSI on several occasions Instead ACSI put the blame firmly on brexit I cannot beleive that travel company should openly criticise the British political system

The delivery for U K poor service
The delivery for U K is 15 working days which was no good for me as I was leaving on holiday in a week I have filled the form to cancel and requested cancellation as per 14 day cooling of period terms and conditions It said if cancellation form was sent they would cancel and refund Instead of refunding they say they have already dispatched and I should return it and then they will cancel I have already left on my holiday so will not be able to send it back within this 14 day period I will be putting in an official complaint as they should not have dispatched once the order was cancelled I did this a few hours after placing the order on a Sunday

I purchased my ACSI Books in November
I purchased my ACSI Books in November 2023 and then in march they sent me another plastic ID card which was also charged for I phoned ACSI to query why the charge for the second card that actually states on it that it cannot be used for discount the guy on the phone said it was to replace showing your passport or ID residence card which is absolutely rubbish Most camp sites won t accept ACSI cards in the summer months High Season anyway I would urge people not to have any dealings with ACSI they are money grabbers of the worst kind and reading other reviews I m sure there are plenty more unhappy subscribers

Really really bad customer service
I ordered the card and books in plenty of time for it to be delivered before my trip 30 It didn t arrive so I contacted ACSI and their rep Hector advised me to purchase the digital card another 17 95 and I would be refunded on my return When I phoned I was told I had to return the parcel before they could refund me 13 35 postage One month later the parcel comes back with a Dutch return to sender label I am told without a postal receipt still no refund I emailed proof of posting the address label I sent it to and the return to sender label to which Hector replied it still had my address on that s why it came back The only visible label showing my address is the customs label The main issue here is they did not get it to me on time in the first instance THIER FUALT NOT MINE

Terrible Customer Services
Terrible experience with their customer services and seems rather fraudulent and sneaky to me They took money out of my account for a subscription I didn t realise I had They also took it out 3 months before the subscription ended not giving me notice to cancel I contacted customer services and they have so far ignored me and told me they are not continuing the conversation on chat when I tried that I would recommend staying away from this company When I went to France this Summer I had no problems with all the non ACSI campsites

Money taken without permission
I am having the same problem ACSI have renewed my subscription taking money from my account without notifying me until afterwards I didn t even know I had a subscription when I applied for the card I won t be travelling abroad next year so don t need it again I have sent lots of e mails asking for a refund but they won t budge Terrible fraudulent company Avoid at all costs

I was notified that my membership had
I was notified that my membership had been renewed which I did not want Rang their customer service line to be told that there was nothing they would do for this year and could only cancel it for next year I told them I could not recall anything telling me it was due for renewal and he told me it was when I renewed last year I feel scammed Certainly won t use them in the future if I go back to off peak camping

Disgraceful
Disgraceful Took money from my account without informing me in advance and then refused to refund me saying it was for another years membership My advice - don t have anything to do with this company
