For last several years pictures of my children which were done by them in 90 were just awful I think they don t have any professional photographers working there They use their monopoly just to collect money So if you can choose any other company

Invoicing policy

Preditory invoicing policy I was emailed an invoice for 150kr with an extra 100kr late charge although I never received the initial invoices I was informed that they may have been included with the pictures that my daugther received but the invoice could have been sent directly to me since they were expecting payment from me and had my email I offered to pay the initial amount but was told there was no possibility of removing the late charge In the future I would suggest the invoices should be sent via email directly to whoever your company has the order with it feels like the process is in place in order to charge late fees to parents and increase their profits they must be aware that a certain portion of kids will forget or lose the paper invoices

Website from the 90 s Only payment form is DK card for which they will charge you anyway a process fee The website is clunky at best and option are very expensive It feels like this website price and technology behind haven t been updated for the last past 15 years
