Felix is the best Very smooth process
Felix was awesome and friendly He made sure I knew what documents I needed to bring and what to expect I got there and it went really smoothly Selling the car was a bit sad for me as a friend who had helped me pick it out had passed away but Felix was really great and the selling experience was easy which helped a lot

Wiring was painful - Customer service was amazing
Customer service was amazing Chanelle did everything she could possibly do to make the transaction run smoothly The vehicle check was exhaustive They ran the car for 45 minutes checked everything possible including the paint density and took it for a test drive They offered a fair amount for the vehicle The only issue I had was they only provide a check from an out of state bank I asked for a wire to be sent and it was an absolute nightmare If you don t mind receiving a paper check and waiting 7 days to cash it Do it The wire process was painstakingly long and way over complicated it took three days to work through the process and paperwork
