I cannot recommend this company enough
I cannot recommend this company enough Long story short - I posted my item via express post and not using the shipping label sent to me - I was trying to bypass Christmas delays The parcel was marked ready for collection for two days - and I got really worried I tried to call the 1300 number twice but both times got a call answering service and that they would pass my message onto the team and somebody would call me back I had alarm bells ringing and called again when I didn t hear back in four hours - and I got the same person telling me the same thing By then I was panicking - so I emailed the company Ben the owner responded immediately - he explained that it was weird that the parcel hadn t been collected by the courier who transports all parcels in their the Reply Paid Box to them twice daily - and promised he would follow it up I sent through more details and he answered back each time very quick with great detail explaining the delivery processes When the parcel was missed the third time he personally went into the PO and collected it - and updated me the entire way through He told me it would be processed within 24 hours It s not even 24 hours later and the money is in my account I got an update email when he collected it an auto reply but also a personalised email to me letting me know he had it then an auto updated saying it was processing then an update when the payment was processed THIS is what exceptional customer service is I was skeptical at first and worried I had lost a very expensive item but Ben went above and beyond my expectations I won t use another company from here on in - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Excellent Highly recommended
Sent in my phone for a very reasonable price The only issue I had was my own - I didn t sent it registered so I couldn t track it It took a bit over 14days which is totally my own fault AusPost and not WeBuyBack Sent a quick email to the company and got a very fast and friendly response Will definitely use them again
