WeCare Health New Zealand should be called We Don t Care New Zealand
I ve had consistently disappointing experiences with WeCare Health NZ and it s clear that my frustrations are echoed by many others who have left similar reviews online My issues span across several visits including unsatisfactory care from various doctors including the owner Dr Brian Ko Their approach has been rushed impersonal and often dismissive which has only exacerbated my health concerns rather than alleviating them What makes this even more concerning is that WeCare Health is currently under investigation by the Health and Disability Commissioner HDC which oversees malpractice allegations in New Zealand This investigation further validates the widespread concerns about the quality of care being provided at this clinic Online reviews reveal a similar pattern of poor service and dissatisfaction Patients frequently mention long wait times feeling rushed during appointments and a general lack of care from the medical staff Many have expressed frustration with the clinic s administration citing unhelpful receptionists and difficulties in booking appointments Given the combination of personal experience the ongoing investigation and the volume of negative feedback I would strongly advise anyone considering WeCare Health to look elsewhere for their healthcare needs

Absolutely DISGUSTING
Absolutely DISGUSTING Do NOT use Wecare Health New Zealand I have been to three of their clinics now and received awful care from all of them Wecare is just a basic appointment and prescription farm It s only good for running noses and repeat prescriptions The only thing the doctors care about in these facilities is turining over appointments so they can make more money BEWARE OF THE RECENT INFLUX OF POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THEIR GOOGLE REVIEWS PAGE IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS They are using friends and family members to try and push the negative reviews down to the bottom of the page They are also using incentive tactics to try and get patients to place positive reviews to try and push the negative reviews down The doctors here are completely incompetent and have absolutely no empathy for their patients whatsoever

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would Absolutely disgusting no care service The don t do what they say they will and the are rude and complacent when you ask to get what you need or are told what you need Have a serious medical issue referred incorrectly twice nurse cancelled my appointment to try get it fixed because the doctors were too busy

Poor service
Poor service we had an appointment for 1 40 PM on 28 03 25 and they let another patient as we were 3 minutes late We were informed about it after 20 minutes waiting there They gave another appointment at 2 40 PM and waiting there from 2 38 PM but not called yet
