I had a visit from Michael Rodriguez today on 31 10 2024 He was punctual extremely kind and knowledgeable He brought his mobile van to repair my iPhone 14 Pro Max screen He was done within 45 minutes outside my home and talked me thru the repair once he was done I give him 5 stars And he truly made my day Thank you Michael Wish you all the best

What a fab service registered fault and repair man Mark was at the door 4 days later on time Great communication on lead up to his arrival Very professional and friendly service Phone fixed back and front screen replaced as cracked but also replaced battery All completed within 45 minutes without me needing to leave the house Excellent service and highly recommend

The whole thing was a bit of a faff my own fault but Michael Rodriguez was a star He proactively ensured that everything was in place before he arrived and repaired the device to the highest standard Really nice chap who really demonstrates what customer service is all about

Received the texts and emails ahead of time advising my repair time slot Michael rang on the morning to confirm his arrival time and that he would be arriving earlier than scheduled 15 mins Very courteous and explained what would happen I had full visibility of the phone screen as he set up secure mode to enable the repair Phone was repaired within the scheduled hour and returned in pristine condition Excellent job highly recommended

Excellent service by Mark Mulrennan Informed me of his arrival and I requested for him to kindly come to another address which was a mile away as I was unable to modify booking He agreed and arrived on time Repair was completed promptly and he explained what he had done Excellent Service Highly recommended

I recently used Likewize to repair my IPhone Unfortunately I was locked out of my account so unable to turn of Find My Phone I rang this afternoon fully expecting to pay another call out charge Sally who handled my call was an absolute star Very Polite and extremely professional she confirmed that I didn t have to pay and that they would double check that Find My Phone was off on Monday and then book me in Other service providers could learn a thing about customer service from Sally and the team at Likewize

Was not sure about a local repair in a vw transporter but I was pleasantly surprised Mark Mulrennan did communicate well as he was running a bit late Mark did not rush the job and found some further damage which he repaired Looking at a well repaired Samsung S9 Job well done
