unforgettable stunning experience

I normally person who don t write any reviews about my experience about any service I get despite that service were amazing but because having surgery outside my Country in foreigner country was not easy for me and I m sure many people think lots and scared to make decision but what I saw in Latvia in Weight Loss Latvia was something unbelievable to imagen from the first day I arrived and how things was relax and save and super friendly next day I had some Checks with the most polite and friendly lady Ilva Urbanovi a everything done fast and very professional way was no noise at all everything was quietthen for the surgery place which was like 5 Stars hotel my God how was nice those nurses in hospitals super VIP service smile Friendly sweetheart cant Remember I ever enjoyed or saw in my life such nice treatment and care like this the Doctor who did the surgery I forgot his name but is so good and polite and very professional with the way how talk to me and explain and make me feel its not surgery its Just fun despite I felt inside abit nervous but its done like in seconds I did not feel anything I remember I was in bed waiting and wake then I still waiting and think Ohhh come one I want to make it and finish suddenly they told me you done you already did it and that all I did not feel anything like I was in surgery very professional people and I always say thanks God who helped me to pick right place for my important surgery after the surgery in ICU Room was super care from the nurse and she was around me like every two minutes she kept all night around me and that another unbelievable good feeling that you are KING and well treated next day life normal no pains no any feeling I was abit surprised and asking myself is it true I did the surgery why no pain why no Gaz pain like all people in other hospitals were talking lots about I felt nothing how come I think in furure if I need anything Related to surgeries I pray I never need sure I will always ask and take advice from my friend Ilva Urbanovi a full trust in her at the end all I can say I was lucky because God guide me to pick the correct please because this surgery was important and anything Related with health is super important for everybody for sure Best RegardsJeries

I am so glad I decided to go with weight loss Latvia and would absolutely recommend them to anyone I have never been so well looked after in a hospital Ilva was amazing throughout in her knowledge and answering any and every questions I had and so lovely and reassuring when we met in person Dr Olegs was equally as great - he was so lovely and professional and spoke through everything with me to ease my worries and visited me every single day to check on me even over the weekend The nurses were all so lovely and you are so well looked after I even asked ilva if they would start doing skin surgeries as I really wouldn t want to go anywhere else for surgery now I m so grateful for everything and please if you are looking to go somewhere then go here Thank you ilva and dr olegs

What can I say except SUPERB My daughter and I both had my surgery in January 2022 From the minute we stepped off the plane we felt in safe hands Because we arrive late in the night we got a taxi to the hotel The taxi driver was the most welcoming kind and helpful man Explaining how things work in Latvia how to order food etc Ilva came the next day and drove us to the hospital for out tests Despite covid restrictions everything was very organised and went smoothly because Ilva walked us through everything She then drove us to Sigula and to the hospital where we settled in Dr Oleg is a kind and friendly man with a great sense of humour who always has time to discuss any worries you may have We did have a problem and this was dealt with quickly efficiently and at no extra cost Following surgery the ward staff took excellent care of us Most of them speak good English but the odd ones don t This was easily overcome with Google translate and we were laughing in seconds We stayed in hospital 3 nights and were visited by Dr Oleg every day Ilva also paid regular visits and was always at the end of the phone We were then discharged to a nearby hotel where recovery was uneventful In total we were in Latvia for a week These people truely care about their patients and Ilva is your rock Anything you need even after you have gone home she is happy to discuss with you She is a truly kind gentle caring soul I am a nurse and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend their services to you

Great Experience with Weight loss Latvia

Myself and my Husband had a bypass on the 27 Oct 2020 we received great communication and treatment and care from llva and Dr Olegs and all the staff We were so well looked after and had a great experience throughout would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of weight loss surgery

Like anyone making this decision it can be nerve wracking especially going to a different country I cannot say enough about Ilva and Dr Oleg They are amazing people The care I received over the was outstanding and it is so efficient and organized so well I will never be able to thank them enough for what they have given me I would highly recommend them Ellen

Amazing Service

Wow where to start From the first point of contact you hear from the lovely Ilva and she is so lovely and so helpful to talk to Information provided is easy to understand and follow Knowing someone is coming to meet you from the Airport when your going on your own is so reassuring I wasn t worried at all about going on my own in fact as someone who has anxiety I felt so reassured by Ilva prior to traveling Hotel was lovely Test done following morning again Ilva comes to meet pick you up and stays with you the whole time Then taken to the hospital which is lovely and clean you get your own private room Everyone that looked after me was so lovely You get to see Dr Oleg several times while your in the hospital and he is also brilliant at reassuring you and answering any questions If I could go back for follow up surgery EG tummy tucks etc in the future the first place I would go is to Ilva and Dr Oleg I had no complications with my surgery I was well looked after and I know I can message Ilva when ever I need for support

Lovely clean hospital with great staff

Really honest kind explained everything thoroughly I felt like a human for the first time in years The hospital was immaculately clean and all staff have been fantastic Honestly 5 star experience
