Cancelling a subscription is near to impossible Service desk doesn t answer or sends contradictory information after many reminders Subscription fees are very misleading with the amount of time an individual signs up

All I did was have a look at the website I thought it might be helpful so put my details in Then I felt a red flag so when asked if I wanted to continue I selected their No thanks option Now my bank account is missing 18 95 to them Stolen my money What should I do

Double check that cancellation Thieves
This company are really sneaky and underhand I cancelled the app subscription thirty minutes after signing up It was first six months free and then 18 pounds a month until the year was paid Because I realized I didn t want to use it I cancelled immediately Their sign up said you could with no charge I would assume as a consumer you get that 28 day grace No When August came they proceeded to take 18 pounds from my account And again in September I logged onto the app and low and behold Not cancelled I ve cancelled the theft from my bank and ask for a charge back AVOID AVOID AVOID I ve also reported them to watch dog

I m a member of weight watchers but no virtual
I m a member of weight watchers where I can either go to in person meetings or use the virtual meetings option Today Saturday January 27 2024 after not attending several weeks of meetings I decided to join a virtual meeting However I tried three to four different coaches and it would say either please check your connection or we are working hard on this problem I can tell you it s not my connection I tried it with my cell data and my wifi Both gave me negative results I also have the updated version of Zoom Weight Watchers requires to join virtual meetings Very frustrating when a person finally wants to attend a virtual meeting but can t WOW I just asked my phone why a premium member can t join virtual weight watchers meetings It gave me a phone number to call however instead of staffing it 24 7 since weight watchers is world wide they only work Monday through Friday It appears they only have it staffed out of convenience to themselves Also twice now this site changed the date of experience to January 26th For the record it is January 27 2024

This company stole money from me
This company stole money from me I tried to contact them on numerous occasions and email them with no response The online chat was useless Basically I signed up to a deal 6 months for 1 I got a confirmation email with no mention of any additional charges only to find out they ve been charging me monthly on my credit card despite me cancelling the account after 2 weeks of signing up because I didn t find it useful they took over 100 and nobody wants to get back to me to refund me the money for a service I have not used

Waste your money on something else
WW used to offer a reliable and generally good service for people who wanted to lose or maintain a healthy weight The past tense can certainly be applied when talking about the clunky inaccurate and frequently out of service app that makes the recording of foods and meals tedious and frustrating on a good day Milestone charms are often not correct and WW have completely removed any link with a real living breathing person And to add insult to injury their bot is the worst example of AI I ve encountered - again a lack of expenditure on the part of WWs to offer a service remotely worthy of the hefty monthly direct debit payments which never seem to fail or falter interestingly I wonder if Long Covid is their excuse for offering less and less and charging more and more P S If you need to contact a live person use social media When faced with the potential sharing of home truths WW s response then becomes very human very quickly Mind you their reading comprehension can be pitched at about Year 1 level Come on WW up your game before it really does tip you from being on the verge of bankruptcy to becoming so

Absolutely disgusting organisation
Absolutely disgusting organisation - they are basically thieves who take your money even though you have attempted to cancel your subscription and when you try and call them to explain that their phones are not manned because they are on holiday - you cannot speak to a UK operative only Americans Clearly this is how they make their money by SCAMMING people - there are much better slimming companies out there but I sincerely suggest you don t use them I suggest they don t bother to come back to me with a lame excuse for fleecing me of a measly 18 00 - this review is not just about the money it is about the principle
