Excellant customer service

Excellant customer service I bought two bedside drawer sets via Matalan which turned out to be supplied by Welcome Furniture There was huge confusion on Matalan s part regarding the delivery date for the furniture After getting nowhere with Matalan Hannah from Welcome Furniture contacted me explaining that they were delivering and confirming the date and approx time The furniture was delivered fully assembled as promised But one of the knobs would not screw in place due to a faulty thread I contacted Hannah and two spare knobs were posted out to me 1st class I cannot fault the customer service fron Welcome Furiture I can t say the same about Matalan who were useless

As with everything we ve bought previously from ROSELAND the furniture is fantastically made The delivery guys brought it in to the room unboxed and assembled it I have to say they were fantastic and a pleasure to have in my home I highly recommend ROSELAND for their customer service and products you won t be disappointed

The wardrobe was made solid and on wheels I only wish is that the wardrobes could be connected and had wall brackets The wardrobe is made excellent though and the delivery drivers were helpful and was put into my room

The two delivery men went above and beyond They brought the drawers in and unpacked for me as I am disabled and can t walk or stand They even screwed the knobs on and put it in place for me They are an assett to your Company I believe that they live in North Wales

The vompany is great as you get what is shown at a good price Delivery was also good On the downside is it was ordered through B Q and their customer service and site are AWFUL
